| I read it's an oral tablet product that can get you to lose 32 lbs in 8 weeks only. It consists of B complex vitamins, Folic acid, Caffeine anhydrous, cissus quadrangularis extract, green tea extract and soy albumin extract. Recommendations speak of a sensible diet and exercise in association with Cylaris for optimum results. However, I didn't see the FDA's approval anywhere.... |

Nice!
I see that Cylaris have the regular weight loos ingredients: caffeine, green tea, vitamin B, chromium. It should work...
I am really intrested in hearing how this goes.
Good luck. |

Just started Today!! |
|
|
I saw the Lose 32 lbs in 8 wks and I was sold! All for 20 bucks at Wal-mart. My weight today was 190. I also work out approximately 3 times a week when time allows. I am a full time student, full time mom ( 3 kids-age 6, 4, and 3) and a full time nurse.....so you see how much time I have. I also have hypothyroid problems....so I have major weight issues. When I first started dieting, I started out at 220 in March though....so I have come a long ways! I will keep you updated on my progress with the Cylaris! Good luck everyone!! |

Thanks for the info on Cylaris! Wish I could find more info on it, though.
Dosing schedule doesn't seem to be very specific. 2 pills, 2x a day. When? How long b4 eating? etc.
I am on day 7, lost 8 lbs so far, taking it pretty much just whenever, at least 20 min b4 eating.
I notice no change in energy, but I have been eating less. Not sure if this is just a conscious effort or the cylaris. |

| Hy Cybelle! I'd say you should take it twice a day in the morning and at noon, as many slim pills may induce sleeping disorders due to the caffeine, green tea etc. ingredients. As for the rest, don't worry, appetite suppression is a good sign and I don't think it's placebo. Keep us updated on how it goes! |

I started taking Cylaris on Tues and have been watching what I eat. Today is Thurs and I have lost 2lbs. I started today taking 2 pills. It doesn't make me feel jittery and will probably just take 1 pill in the afternoon so I can go to bed at night. I will keep you posted.

Well I'm only 17 and i weigh about 150ish lbs. I used to be a hard core cheerleader and we weight lifted A LOT... so i had big leg mucles to where i squated 300 lbs and benched about 115. and i weighed about 140 then. A lot has been going on in my life and TONS of stressed has been put on me. So ive gained a lot of weight and lost my mucle. Im weak now and my little sister who is 15 can push me around now. My boyfriend is skinny but VERY strong. So i just feel like a big fat a$$.. I wanna know if anyone knows if its oh kay for me to take these pills? Because i cant lose this weight. iver tried makin myself throw up.. but im sry but i cant. lol ive tried starvin myself and i got sick as a dog... && the worst feeling ever!!!! Ive tried other diet pills but of course they didnt work. So i really wanna know if i go out in buy this i wont hurt myself. please let me know. My email is Kayloves2cheer@yahoo.com feel free to email me if you have time. I doubt ill find this page again but yea. Thank you soo much

Well, in my opinion....just my opinion...but I'm sure it's shared by many...no one should make themselves throw up to lose weight!!! That is just not healthy!! I am a nurse and there are a lot of risks that go along with that. Anywho....Enough about that...I'm stepping off of my soap box now!
Since I started taking Cylaris I am down to 186 1/2. I kinda didn't really take it as instructed until this last week though. I was only taking one or two a day for a while, because I have had some bad luck with some other diet pills in the past and didn't know how my body would react with these and with my other medications, but surprisingly...these don't make me jittery...or irritable at all!! Matter of fact...when I tried Zantrex 3...my fiance said he couldn't stand to be around me because I was so irritable and he asked if I was on diet pills again since that was the way I was when I used to take them before. Since I have been taking these, he says I am in a better mood and more attentive towards him. My sleep cycle isn't interrupted. Of course, I haven't been able to work out as much because of health problems, so that hasn't helped my weight loss either, but since I have lost some...I have complete confidence in the product and I will continue to use it....We are getting married in August of next year and I am determined to lose more weight before then!! I even did a Richard Simmons 80's Blast Off DVD today because I was so desperate!! I didn't have a baby sitter and haven't been able to go to curves!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in withdrawals! hehe!! Anywho.....Happy weight loss everyone!! |

What's your diet for Cylaris? |
|
|
I just started taking Cylaris today and don't feel anything yet. No change in appetite, no jitters, no nothing. We'll see how it goes! I'm excited to see newbee's success with it! I'm currently at 140, and want to lose a few pounds .
Here's my question, what are you guys eating? Did you change your diet at all? |
