i have been on it and i have lost 4lbs in 1.5 week i feel great and i can already see and feel a difference.

If I take 2 of them, I get diarrhea and I puke one time. Then I feel fine. It has happened to me twice, both times I took 2 pills at once. So maybe I should only take one pill.

I have been taking trim spa for like a week now, but what I have notice is that when I talk the pill I have all this energy, buy when the effect wears off I feel so tired again. Is feeling overly tired normal?

ive been taking trimspa for about 1 week and i felt find untill about 2 days ago! my whole body hurts. i use the bathroom several times a day, and my stomach makes all kinds of funny sounds. is this normal??

I am glad to read that others have had similar side effects of Trimspa. I have to just begun taking trimspa about a week ago and I am having the same bathroom problems too. Severe cramping and I have just spent the last 3 days in the bathroom. Does anyone know if this side effect will lessen in time?

I HAVE BEEN ON TRIMSPA SINCE OCT 23 AND I HAVE FELT A DIFFERENCE BUT I HAVE NOTICED THAT I DO GO TO THE BATHROOM ALOT BUT I DRINK ALOT OF WATER BECAUSE MY THROAT FEELS SO DRY BUT I AM STARTING TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY CLOTHES BUT I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT LATE AT NIGHT I FEEL REALLY HUNGRY.
BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTIONS FOR THE GIRLS THAT ARE TAKING IT HAVE ANY OF YOU MISSED A PERIOD OR TWO. BUT ONE THING MY DOCTOR SAID IS THAT WITH ANY PILL YOU HAVE TO LET YOUR BODY GET USED TO IT BEFORE YOU SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE.

i bought trimspa yesterday afternoon from wal mart (trimspa energy), and i made a really stupid mistake to take a pill at 8 pm cause i was very excited about it (mind u i am VERY caffeine sensitive, and i think part of it is because i dont eat/drink thingsa with caffeine in them ex. coffee,soda,chocolate,tea and such)
anyway i stayed up all night until about 5:45 am and literally COULD not sit down because if i stopped moving i would get chest pains ...
so now im debating w/ myself whether i should takee a second pill or not ... im not exactly disappointed in the results ... i just dont want to harm myself in a way that cant be undone.

i know i JUST started taking the pills yesterday, but i dont feel a difference in anything. last night around 10 i took it and totally went to sleep around 12. which is what i normally do anyway. this morning i took it and then this afternoon took it. still no difference. maybe a slight difference in my appetite...meaning im not obsessing over eating something every minute, ut sides that nothing makes me feel jittery or anything like it. i did have a hardcore bowel movement last night but it didnt bother me. im guessing it was getting out some stuff that i didnt need?

anyway, does anyone else feel like i do? w/in the first few days...nothing's really changed? should i up the dose?
