Hey guys,
So Im new here cause I went to a different forum and I was getting no support from anyone. Im starting my new diet today and Im excited to lose some weight. I had lost a bunch but then graduation rolled around and i went off my diet and gained a bunch of weight back. In any case, here I am.
Day 1 is always the worst. Im doing a 1200 calorie a day diet with exercise since it has worked for me and the past and its very straight forward. Only problem is that Im always hungry!! In any case, I would love some support and I look forward to supporting all of you on your weight loss journeys as well!! good luck everyone!

Hiya! *hugs* I found this forum alot better than the other ones I've joined too. Smile

You've probably heard it before, but keep water with you to stave off the hunger pangs. Helps me...also means I have no excuse for getting my daily intake of water. And the days you're excercising, you can allow yourself just a little more calorie intake - you'll need the energy.

thanks so much, its always great to hear advice and to have support! i see youve already lost a good amount of weight! congrats! Today is day 2 and its going alright. one day at a time here.

Hi Jerseygirl

try to juice some fresh fruit and vegetables too it taste great and its healthy and it will fill you up with lots of nutrients. Whenever im hungry i try to just drink dandelion tea or drink some water with a slice of lemon.

hey guys,
so day 2 is over and im feeling ok. obviously i dunno ill find out about weight loss once its been a more significant amount of time.
I didnt work out today cause i got home way to late and i have to get up super early tomorrow... i ate 1200 cals today so im not that concerned considering my BMR of 1625. Ill get home at a reasonable time tomorrow and ill work out then... thanks again for all your help! ive gotta post some pics on here or something... and i cant get my little signature thing to work....

Wow! I think you already look great! Welcome! Hope you find encouragement here. Sometimes I think it depends on who finds you or what challenge or thread you are on. A couple years ago I lost 30 lbs on this site with the best support. Then I got prego, so now I am back. Lost 15 so far, but I finally found some good support. A couple threads I joined were'nt very active. If you want to join us for the October challege, we'd be happy to have you. I am also in the July1 challenge, but seeing as June is almost over, we will probably be starting an August 1 challenge soon.

so im back again- when i started a new job and everything i totally lost control of my diet and gained even more weight. but i started again on tuesday and so far ive lost 3.5 lbs. im back for real this time and your support is greatly appreciated!
