What is the secret of losing weight with reductil

Hi Im on reductil and am finding it hard to lose with reductil some see it no bother to lose lots with reductil there must be a way on how to lose with reductil and it would be nice if you could share your tips please I have alot to lose .

Simple. Three things.

1. Only eat when you are hungry. Stop eating when you are full. For me, it's about 1/3 of a norml restaurant portion.

2. Drink at least 2L (3 is better) of water (Not flavoured, carbonated, etc) per day.

3. Exercise 3-4x/week.

I've lost 20lbs since June 12th.

I eat when hungry but sometimes i feel full all the time then dont eat i have cut my portions down.
I dont drink much water
And i dont do any exercise as i feel i have not got the energy and feel lethargic
Does exercise make the weight come off quickly
Are you following a slimming plan like ww or any other
Do you eat snacks in afternoon
Im frightened to eat with the reductil tablets thinking i wont lose weight ive been on these over 2 months and not lost even half a stone with them
A bit dissapointing really as ive got weight to lose

Back to the same old same old on this site now????

Please don't let Tammy put you off reductil!!!

She has been on our UK site for the past year, she has already lost 4stone on them but say's they don't work. Always asks what to eat, how many calories, and for help then won't take it and the next week posts the same thing!!!
