I am on day 3 of James Zeta's 18 in 4 diet and I have stuck to it totally apart from having a can of diet coke this evening. I am not going to weigh myself until day 5 (Friday) but I reckon I will lose no more than 7lbs . I did get a bit sick of squash and green beans and could only manage half of it at lunch today but I ate the boiled eggs! Good luck Millreef31 Think thin, stay healthy |

Why are there no recent posts? I would like to hear more of the ones 7 days after the diet.
I am on day 3, not much happening yet except I am hungry! Hard to get veggies to taste good w/o salt.
I have stuck to it strictly. I am going to be losing a lot tomorrow hopefully????? Only 4 lbs so far. |

Hm, can't say I've tried the James Zeta diet, but I have tried this easy-to-follow product that isn't your ordinary box of useless diet pills lol. It's actually a diet/nutrition guide that walks you through proper dieting techniques, different meals for each day, foods that curb your appetite, and so much more. I love this guide and I've told alot of my friends about it. Since using this guide back in the middle of April, I've lost about 50 pounds! Alot of my friends and family members ask me if I've been starving myself but I just laugh and tell them about the e-book I've purchased that's given me these incredible results. Lately, I've been in such a great mood and can mountain bike and jog (2 things which I love the most) longer than I ever could before. I never thought I'd be able to find something like this after having so much failures with diet pills, patches, weight-loss programs, anything you can think of. I'm a totally different person now and everyone around me is starting to take notice, even that hottie behind the front desk at the gym lol. Do you and your body a favor and try this product. It's not worth it to suffer using some other "cross-your-fingers-and-hope-it-works" product. Without further ado, the website can be found at http://gtracker87.fatfight.hop.clickbank.net/ just copy and paste into your address bar.
email me at groberts11111@yahoo.com and let me know how this product is working for you!
Take care guys! |

Loose weight the healthy way |

Loose Weight
&
Keep it off the Healthy Way.
Can you loose weight permanently? Absolutely!!!
Can you do it without risking your health? Absolutely!!!
Can you accomplish this great goal with a personal coach,
(Free of Charge) to help guide and support? Absolutely!!!
Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:
Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. When these nutrients are not supplied in the quantities needed, the body will kick into a self preservation mode of storing resources in the form fat. In essence a person can overeat while at the same time starving their body. This condition in turn puts pressure on vital internal organs as they battle for the limited supply of nutrients, thus causing a variety of seemingly unrelated health issues. In addition the added weight adds an even heavier burden on the already over worked and under fed organs causing the bad health snow ball to increase in size.
Most weight loss plans and schemes focus solely on loosing weight which makes the condition more times than not worse. Not only is the body starved of needed nutrients, it is now robed of fat stores. After the weight is lost and the plan is put on the shelf because we have had enough food deprivation, the weight comes back with a vengeance which most people who struggle with weight issues have experienced as their hopes for a slimmer look are dashed.
Why not loose weight while achieving proper nutrition at the same time? Not only do you want to look good but you also want to feel good with more energy and vitality all at the same time.
There is help and hope.
