I have been using the 12 minute method of exercising for 3 mos and lost 20bls.This is how it works you exercise aggressive ly for 12 minutes a day the harder you workout in a short period of time the better for burning fat and building muscle.I have had so much success with this I writen a report call 12 minutes to fit and fabulous.

sorry if you thought i was being disrepectful
i just wanted to share my good fortune with the forum.its a great report i took time to do its only 7dollors so i am not press for the money it goes to pay for the hosting and up keep.
