Hi, my name is Trina. I was diagnosed ten years ago with Hyperinsulinemia. I was prescribed a low carb lifestyle and Glucophage. I didn't take my health seriously until two years ago. This was the result.

I am now the proud momma of a brand new baby girl. unfortunately I had gained 70 lbs. with my pregnancy. I currently have lost about 40lbs. and have 30 more to go.
