2/3 cup bran buds with a cup of 2% milk (gives me all the fiber I need for the day)

Plus and here's the bad gunk -

40 ozs of coffee and 40 ozs of water
2 tbls of creamer
6 packets of Splenda

Fills me up and I am not hungry till lunch.

ALL of that comes out to

320 Calories
65 g Carbs
9 g Fat
13.5 g protein
26 g Fiber

I really am not that good,, I have a program that tracks all that for me! Embarassed

Coffee, orange, grapefruits or orange fresh juice, panini or English breakfast.

I should replace the panini and the English breakfast with cereals...

I have coffee with three packets of splenda, a half of grapefruit with splenda on it, and usually a small bowl of cereal.

hi qaswer, I also can not eat in the morning so a cup of tea will do. Perhaps it's because of the fact that I'm always in a hurry to go to work so I don't really have the appetite to eat. But still, even if I have enough time I just don't have the appetite to eat, I wonder why. Before when I was still in college I never skipped breakfast, it's something I look forward to. Oh well I prolly got used to having an empty stomach in the morning.

no wonder you are fat....eat a tiny liquid breakfast, wait many hours and have a tiny lunch

let me guess, you start snacking because of cravings every afternoon, gorge at dinner and are hungry again before bed

I go with oatmeal and fruit first thing in the morning, then a snack again a few hours later. I started doing a program where I'm eating about 6 times a day in smaller amounts and it's working well. Whatever you do - don't skip breakfast!

I'm new here and enjoy posting on interesting topics. I love eating breakfast. On the weekends I make huge breakfasts for my family, which usually include something like eggs and bacon, pancakes, or some other typical breakfast food. During the week, because of my work schedule my time is cut short and I resort to making a bowl of cereal or a PB&J sandwich. Either way, breakfast is extremely important. Also, try to eat 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals. It helps keeps your metabolism on a faster schedule.

Here's a nice example of a formula I use for breakfast borrowed from a diet and nutrition guide I purchased over the internet awhile ago:

half a grapefruit
a cup of any 100% juice, with added tbl sp. of coconut oil
a yogurt of my choice

It fills me up pretty well and curbs my appetite throughout the day until lunchtime which is just a small, very nutritious meal mind you.

I absolutely LOVE this e-book I bought. I got tired of constantly popping pills and starving myself which is naturally a pretty unhealthy habit. I bought it for about 35 bucks I think but it was totally worth it when you go to a store like Walgreens or anywhere else and look at the price tags on these worthless dieting aids. Yeah, get real! I actually had a buddy of mine who mentioned this site to me and within a month of using this easy-to-follow guide I lost over 30 pounds, but then again I kinda slacked on the guide a little lol. I'm sure you can lose more then I did, it's not that it was hard to follow, I'm just a little lazy Laughing Here is the link where I found the site

http://gtracker87.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/

Email me at groberts11111@yahoo.com and tell me how much you lost in a month after using this product.

Take care guys!

P.S. oh and by the way miderno, I just LOVE your user picture hahaha!

I'm so in a rush in the mornings!!! Getting the kids off to class and trying to get a workout in, I'm so crunched for time! LOL You know the routine. I do a whey protein shake with a really fine ground oatmeal powder. So I just use a shaker cup:

Mix 30grams of whey protein powder
1/3 cup of oat powder ~ yields about 25 grams of complex carbs
1tsp of flax seed oil

Its so quick and easy. Oh! And if anyone is familiar with Muscle Milk... I mix in two scoops of the Muscle Milk Light chocolate mint flavor in with about 20oz of coffee! Thats another super easy breakfast with only 200 calories! Wink
