2008 The NEW Me |

Hi..I year ago I was proud to allow my husband to be seen with me. I finally weighed 132 lbs. The weight I was when we first met 13 years ago. Exercising, watching what I ate, and enjoying the person I was finally happy being. Than the vacation came and got out of the routine and told myself I would get back to it when I got home. Well here i am 169.4 lbs and hating myself and everything around me. I can tell a HUGE difference in myself. Not only clothes sizes, but my whole attitude towards life and my family. So yesterday (12/31/07) I was cleaning my bedroom and watching television when TurboJam came on. It was like somene was telling me something. So I went onto the internet and ordered TurboJam; telling myself here you go..A NEW YOU!! Shortly after I clicked the submit button my little sister called and asked it I wanted to lose wieght with you; be diet buddies. (She is currently 187.4) I than knew this was what 2008 had in store for me.
So hello new friends, new life style, new year and new me. I hope you don't mind but I am going to keep my journal here. I have a better success rate (I feel) when I write how my life is changing.  |

I too feel that now is the time to lose this weight which is basically controlling my life and ruining my relationship with my partner!! Please come back and let me know how you are doing..Good luck and best wishes. |

Good for you for having the incentive to commit to your health. You are showing a great respect for your body and your mind. Exercise is really key to keeping the weight off..it allows us the occasional treat, and it makes our bodies healthy. Of course how we eat is important too, but whenever I have dieted and not exercised in the past it was a bigger struggle.....I hear Turbojam is great, you should enjoy it......
Good luck. I'm starting anew too...and I'm really determined this time, all my attempts in 2007 were half hearted and kind of lame so I really didn't get anywhere.

I saw the infomercial for Turbo Jam too! I'm currently back up to around 180 lbs. & I need to lose about 40 lbs! I want 2008 to be my year too! I didn't buy the Turbo Jam b/c I just bought the "Walk Away the Pounds" video a few weeks ago & I haven't done it yet. But, will you please post in here or msg me on how you like the Turbo Jam  I have a twin sister & I want her to lose weight with me also. It's nice when you have someone to talk about weight troubles with. Goodluck girl & God help us all to lose those pounds & to get happy! |
