Hello everyone,
I am back almost a year & a half later...
I can't believe my old posts are all still there or that I even remembered my login & password lol

Well, I am glad to say that I am lighter than I was then but unfortunately not by much!! The update I have on Meridia/Reductil is that it was great as an appetite suppressant but almost killed me!! My BP soared to a very dangerous level & I had to stop taking the tablets immediately, ended up on emergency 24 hour observation & had to take medication to try to lower my BP which took months to do.... I will not be repeating that experience!!

After that I messed around a bit with the Cabbage Soup Diet, doing it every now & then, mostly not, losing a bit & putting more on untill I came accross the most amazing diet ever... The Cambridge Diet!!

It is amazing, you lose weight so fast & it is so easy after the first 3 or 4 days... consists of only soups & shakes & nothing else... I was so motivated & lost a lot of weight in a very short time... around 40lb in 12 weeks...

But then I went to New York on holiday, came off the diet & found it impossible to get back on... I tried so many times...

So here I am ...20lb heavier than my lightest in November 06 (around 238) & about to do a week of Cabbage Soup again tomorrow!!

I have also ordered some bottles of EphedraP57 which I hope will arrive soon (to Ireland!) but in the meantime I am taking Thermogenics Plus with ephedra, I found an unopened bottle!! Started taking them yesterday...

I plan to keep this thread updated as before,

Gosh Cactus .. with all the different drugs you've tried its a wonder your BP sky rocketed like that. You're not treating your body well my dear .. choose one drug and stick with it and you'l eventually see results .. trust me, there is no immediate working drug out there, not even surgery is that good.

Treat your bady right and stop confusing it so much!
