hard to swallow |

| It may help to tuck your chin right as you swallow and swallow hard (bear down). If you do not have any other swallowing concerns. That helps me when I swallow big pills. |

my reaction to trim spa |
|
|
| I took my first two pills with a glass of water had an apple and a cup of coffe and ended up throwing it all up within 30 minutes. I did go ahead with taking my one at lunch with no problem and again at 5:30 BIG Mistake I don't think I slept at all last night I was awake until at least 3:30am, I remember looking at the clock at 5, and again getting up at 6. I was afraid it I didn't take them today I wouldn't make it through the day, I just took one this morning again at 11:00am and 3pm. Hopefully I will get some sleep tonight. I do like how it gives me a full filling, and it's obviously giving me energy. |

side effects |

I started taking TrimSpa a couple weeks ago, I don't remember what date, exactly. Probably been 2 weeks. I am 23 years old, and I weigh about 135. I'm estimating based on how much I weighed last time I weighed myself. All in all, I would like to lose about 15 pounds. I am beginning a weight training regimen this week, which I have been unable to do recently because of some back problems. I used to be a workout fanatic, and i miss the body i used to have. So, i turned to TrimSpa, because I don't have a lot of energy after working all day, and I tend to want to go home and go to sleep instead of work out.
I don't have any problems with eating- I eat fairly healthy most of the time- though I am guilty of going to Chick Fila probably once a week for breakfast. It is my guilty pleasure.
SO, TrimSpa.
These are my observations thus far: (in no particular order)
1) it does cut my food cravings. I typically crave salty snacks, not sweets, and this helps the day pass without finding my hand in some bag of crackers or something.
2) i drink lots of water, just because it feels good to drink it. it also helps make me feel full, which also stops me from overeating. As a result of drinking so much water, I am constantly running to the bathroom. At least once an hour, I've found. I also don't usually make it through a full night of sleep without waking up to go to the restroom.
3) at first, the pills made me feel a little wacky, - i believe from the caffeine, because i don't drink caffeine at all normally. It took my body a little while to adjust, but now I like the alert feeling i have after taking my pills.
4) I had nightmares/trouble sleeping the first few nights, but I have chronic nightmares anyway, so that might not have been due to the pills.
5) i've noticed that when I lay down for bed, usually around 9:30-10pm. , sometimes I feel my stomach rumbling, like I am very very hungry and haven't eaten dinner. This is odd to me, since I usually have dinner about an hour or so before I get this rumbling, but I just ignore it and sleep on my back instead of my stomach, and eventually I go to sleep.
I haven't weighed myself recently, but when I look in the mirror, my stomach doesn't look as fat as it did when i started...though I try on pants that i know to be tight on me, and they are still as tight as ever.
I will try to weigh myself today and then start keeping closer track. |

Thanks! This board doesn't seem to be very active.. I guess more people are shifting to Lipovarin....
I'll see what happens. I'm going to need another bottle soon. I'll give it some more time, and really start exercising, and I should start seeing more results. |

I got off work early yesterday, went home, changed clothes, and power-walked to the edge of my neighborhood and back to my house. I did a few sprints and jogs in there too... The total was a little over 2 miles in distance.
I felt so good about myself when i got home. It felt really good to get out of the house and off my butt!
my biggest problems are with my back, i see a chiropractor weekly and it slips out of alignment rather easily so high impact exercises like running on concrete are difficult for me to do for long- it causes too much pain. therefore, i'm going to start with walking and light weight training.
So, I am currently looking into getting a gym membership so I can use elliptical machines, and maybe the exercise bikes. One of my roommates has a weight set, but until it starts to cool off some, working out in the garage here in Florida is miserable!
I can't wait to get back to how i used to be |

Just Started Trim Spa |
|
|
| I just started Trim Spa yesterday and seem to be having a somewhat different experience than the others on this forum. I'm 26 and using this only because I'm a very active person and eat healthy, but still cannot seem to get down to the weight I prefer to be at (I'm about 10 pounds over it for the past year). I've been working out regularly since January and eating right and haven't lost a SINGLE pound. The Trim Spa, doesn't seem to be doing anything as far as cutting my appetite down. I have been feeling a little light-headed on and off, but also have a lot of energy. I don't think I like the way I feel, but it might just be in my head too, since I'm starting to worry about this stuff! |

Side effects |
|
|
| I've been taking TrimSpa for 2 weeks now and I'm having quite a few side effects. I feel very bloated, diarrhea and sick to my stomach. When I take two in the morning with breakfast, when I try to eat my lunch I can only eat a few bites and just feel sick to my stomach. I don't mind that it's cutting down on my portion size, but I don't want to feel like crap either. Is anyone else having side effects? |

This is almost exactly my situation. I've got 8 pounds to go and for some reason, I cannot get past this hurdle.

Urrgghh..... |
|
|
So, I had bought trimspa several months ago and thought hey I have a miracle pill...low in behold I knew in the back of my mind that isn't the case...
However, on June 4th I started my weightloss very successfully might I add I lost 9.0 lbs in two weeks...eating right exercising so I was under the impression that taking trimspa might help that....oh no
I took the pills had stomach cramps, nausea, headaches, dizziness and on top of everything else my normal 3 lbs a week went to 1.8 and I didn't cheat...I am very upset and very mad and feel as though this was my last attempt at finding a pill that helps...I know there are no Miracle pills and I have to try hard but this didn't help....uurrrghhhh I just really needed to vent.
Any Suggestions?
