Hi Everyone, I have started on the 15mg Reductil today. I need to loose about 55 lbs to be at my ideal weight.

Does anyone have any idea how long it will take me to get to that if i am eating well and exercising three times a week?

well have been on Reductil now for 3 days and have lost just over 3 pounds. Is that normal, or is it slow or fast??

Hi all it is now day 13 and i have lost 7.7 pounds. I am being really good - am eating well and excersising 4 or 5 days a week.

How is everyone else doing?

Me again - i am now on day 19 and have lost 8.8 pounds. Lets hope it carrys on at this rate - if it does i will be one happy girl..... until next time
