Well I did this diet about a month or so ago, I started out at 149 lbs and lasted on the diet for 3 days and got to 138.8 lbs, so I was really happy with the results. I found the diet easy to do, although I didn't enjoy the celery or prune juice LOL.....I had plenty of energy. I have only gained 2 pounds back in the last 5 weeks, so I think that is awesome. In my opinion it can't be all water weight that I lost as I would of put it all back on. My niece also tried this diet and lost an amazing 15 lbs in 4 days, she had a lot more to lose then I did, and she to has managed to keep it all off.
I have tried every diet under the sun and I can honestly say this diet works and works well to jump start you if you are in a funk and can't shake weight, it is not something that I could stay on for any length of time though as I dont enjoy the food that much
I have decided to give it another go and I am going to be starting today, I dont think I will get the same results as I did last time as I am nearing my ideal weight now. I am 5'4 and I am 37 yr old female, and my dream goal LOL is 118, but I will be happy when I get into the 120's
Good luck to anyone who decides to try this diet out....I will keep you posted on my results |

Hi there,
Glad to hear your doing good. I am trying to remember how many pounds are in a stone, is it 14 or 16? It's been a few years LOL, but if I remember rightly it's 16. I am from NZ, but have been in Oregon for nearly 10 yrs now.
Any ways here I am on day 2, well day 3, but I restarted yesterday and made that day one after the wine LOL....not going as well this time round, and I didn't expect it would, weighed this morning and looks like I have lost a pound since yesterday I'll just keep on a keeping and see what happens over the next few days. I have also done the cabbage soup diet a few times, that's another fast weight loss diet, and I think it's a little bit easier then this one, what do you think? I dont know why but on this diet I am always hungry LOL, even when I have fasted for 10 days straight, just water, I never got this hungry, go figure aye LOL.....ok well off to have my grapefruit
Best of luck to you |

Ok here I am on the morning of day 3.... I have lost a total of 3 1/2 pounds so far OUCH....but I am still pretty happy with this as I am getting closer to goal weight, and everyone knows how much harder it is as the scales go lower.
Any ways, I just emailed James and asked him if taking stimerex ES at the same time could be causing the slow loss, because your not meant to exercise while on the 18 in 4 and the stimerex is probably mimicking exercise
I am just going to keep going and not let this deter me one little bit, I have my goal in sight, and bikini weather is right round the corner, so bring it on LOL...... |

Ok here I am on the morning of day 4, total loss so far 4 pounds, not good but not bad either, I can live with it LOL....have decided I am going to keep on this diet for 8 days, now that I have the ball rolling might as well, as long as I can get threw the wk-end with no screw ups
How are you enjoying your cabbage soup diet?? that's a pretty good diet too, I have done this before and had pretty good results
Well probably wont be back on here till Monday morning, as we are going boating all week end, so if I can stick it out, hopefully I will have some good news in the weight department to report back |

Ok so here I am, been doing this diet KIND OF, off and on all week, had major blunder on Tuesday night, went to my girlfriends birthday party and had way to much, including cake and wine and everything else that wasn't stapled down LOL. Then on Wednesday night, I screwed up again, we ended up going out for dinner, and I thought I would be half pie safe to have the salad bar...NOT I ate so much pea salad EKKKK....any way's I got on the scale this morning and to my amazement I have still lost a few pounds I am sitting at 138 this morning, now all I have to do is maintain that over the week-end, and of course it's St Patty's on Saturday night and I am already going OH BOY LOL..... I have decided to use this diet as the base of the way I eat, and just add in some fiber and I think I will continue to lose, maybe not as fast, but as long as it is steady, I can live with that |

Hm, can't I've tried the James Zeta diet, but I have tried this easy-to-follow product that isn't your ordinary box of useless diet pills lol. It's actually a diet/nutrition guide that walks you through proper dieting techniques, different meals for each day, foods that curb your appetite, and so much more. I love this guide and I've told alot of my friends about it. Since using this guide back in the middle of April, I've lost about 50 pounds! Alot of my friends and family members ask me if I've been starving myself but I just laugh and tell them about the e-book I've purchased that's given me these incredible results. Lately, I've been in such a great mood and can mountain bike and jog (2 things which I love the most) longer than I ever could before. I never thought I'd be able to find something like this after having so much failures with diet pills, patches, weight-loss programs, anything you can think of. I'm a totally different person now and everyone around me is starting to take notice, even that hottie behind the front desk at the gym lol. Do you and your body a favor and try this product. It's not worth it to suffer using some other "cross-your-fingers-and-hope-it-works" product. Without further ado, the website can be found at http://gtracker87.fatfight.hop.clickbank.net/ just copy and paste into your address bar.
email me at groberts11111@yahoo.com and let me know how this product is working for you!
Take care guys! |
