Diet is bad... help! |
|
|
I'm new to this forum, and I have been looking around for ways to change my diet. I have terrible eating habits.. like a candy bar for breakfast, skipping meals, then eating high fat/sugar/salt content food. I'm not exactly fat because I work out alot, but I can tell that eating this way is a MAJOR problem. I don't want to have cancer, or diebetes because I can't eat right. Does anyone have any advice on how to cut the habit??? That would be awesome if someone could help me out!
Thanks tons

It sounds like you know some of the things you need to.
Replace that candy bar in the morning with a protein bar. I usually have a Balance Bar or Clif Builder.
Eat 5-6 times a day proportion sizes should be about diameter of your fist.
Lean clean foods
Chcken Beast
Egg whites
Fish
Fruits & Veggies
Drink lots of water 8cups a day and more.
40%Protein, 40%Carbs, 20%Fats
Fats should be from Omega 3, 6,9.
Cook at home prepare meals in advance stay away from take out.
Try to cut out pop bad, bad, bad.
Exercise 5-6 days a week 1 hour a day.

Loose weight the healthy way |

Loose Weight
&
Keep it off the Healthy Way.
Can you loose weight permanently? Absolutely!!!
Can you do it without risking your health? Absolutely!!!
Can you accomplish this great goal with a personal coach,
(Free of Charge) to help guide and support? Absolutely!!!
Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:
Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. When these nutrients are not supplied in the quantities needed, the body will kick into a self preservation mode of storing resources in the form fat. In essence a person can overeat while at the same time starving their body. This condition in turn puts pressure on vital internal organs as they battle for the limited supply of nutrients, thus causing a variety of seemingly unrelated health issues. In addition the added weight adds an even heavier burden on the already over worked and under fed organs causing the bad health snow ball to increase in size.
Most weight loss plans and schemes focus solely on loosing weight which makes the condition more times than not worse. Not only is the body starved of needed nutrients, it is now robed of fat stores. After the weight is lost and the plan is put on the shelf because we have had enough food deprivation, the weight comes back with a vengeance which most people who struggle with weight issues have experienced as their hopes for a slimmer look are dashed.
Why not loose weight while achieving proper nutrition at the same time? Not only do you want to look good but you also want to feel good with more energy and vitality all at the same time.
There is help and hope.

dont go for those centres OR TAKE ANY TYPE OF DIET PILLS.. not everyone are able to get something out of there and some times or most have rebounds and turning even fatter and danger.. and ITS NOT HEALTHY!!
i have something which you might want to consider instead and if 3mths time you never slim down.. you can 100% refund and get back $... its a natural way.. 99.9% who bought this slims down and maintain.. you dont have to eat so less or what just need balance diet.. trust me it works as i have seen people who tried they slimmed down till now still same..
0.01% is because they never follow..
they are extreme happy about it and this is natural way not something weird or odd..
my msn is tay_yong_chuen@hotmail.com can add me to check out more.. or sms me at 91262906 (singapore)
no obiligation wont force you or what.. just to share with you and help you only..
yes i do understand that most or all people do put assurance first..
however, i would strongly recommend you to know about what i have first unless you know it 100% of the informations.. before you put anyone off from what i am going to share about.. and if till then anyone still disagree with what they saw and see.. even from real data and people.. i am fine with it.. my concern is only that people really know about it anot..
and i wouldnt want to share about something which doesnt work..
if you willing to give me the chance to share about it be it you think you that you know alot about it.. feel free to contact me |
