Funny, I guess this was posted before the show THE BIGGEST LOSER started,...lol. n They lose up to and sometimes more than a 100 pounds in approx 5 months. Kick a## trainers and food nazis. It will work if you DO IT. |

For somthing that has never been evaluated by the FDA how can it claim to be real or work.. Eating less, and walking every other day will work if you stick to it. Small portions.. And stop eating after 6pm at night.. It took time to get fat it takes time to get skinny..
Just my opinion..

| I saw on television once that she was using trimspa, taking powerful prescription laxatives and that she did not exercise at all. Now this is just what I remember. Sounds like something she would do to me. She had to have been on the toilet 24/7. |

| I have beena trim spa user for about a year, and yes like some of you I started b/c I saw what it did for Anna Nicole Smith. Well a year and a half later I am 100 lbs lighter. I went from a size 20W to a size for in 1.5 years. I did excersise and change my diet to salads and stop eating sugar and drinking soda. It didnt fall off immeadately. It took about 6 months for me to actually notice as well as my friends and family. But once it started coming off it seems like it flew off. Maybe anna had gastric bypass maybe not. I know for a fact I DIDN'T and it worked for me! I wish there was a way to show my before and after pics on here. Sorry.[/img] |

I have been using Trimspa for about 5 weeks, and have not noticed any changes either. I also have searched for how Anna Nicole lost her weight...what she ate, exercise etc. and have found nothing. I am very disappointed by what the company claims. I have been watching what I eat and have been working out about 4 days a week. I guess I should have known that if something seems too good be true than it usually is! |
I was reading on the internet it was not just Trim spa she used but she combined it with some Chinese SLim tea which had her in the washroom constantly |
