dont have time to work out...what to do? |
|
|
| i do not have time to work out. i have a job, university and no life at all. i dont go out at night or nothing. i jut dont have time. my job is luckily really active, i work horses, training them from the ground and riding them. i muck out stalls sometimes and feed them. so it is a lot of physical work. is that enough? i know i would like to work out, but: no time. what to do? i dont even have a day off, i work 7 days a week.... |

you must be really busy, but working out doesn't necessarily mean that you have to do it everyday. 2-3 times a week will do, so try squeezing it in your busy sched. hope you'll find a way. goodluck! |

| it takes about one second to do one sit-up or push-up do a rutine and do about 10 of each 4 or 5 times through out your day. while sitting(or standing) at work flex you abs its an easy way to teach you body to circulate the blood a bit and works you out pritty well just squeeze then hold for a second or two and relax rinse wash and repeat |

| If you are doing that much physical work it has to be helping. There is a lot you can do even while sitting in class. It may not sound like much, but every little bit helps. I know when my sister was riding horses a lot her trainer had her doing - I think it was isometric - exercies by pressing her knee against a stationary object just while sitting in classes. She said it actually worked to help her ride without stirrups. |

it sounds like you are a very busy person. i have used the 10 minute trainer videos. they are a great way to get your excercise in when your schedule doesn't allow for much time. they are very intense, so ten minutes is all you can do. i loved them so much, i became an independent coach for the product. you should give them a try. if interested you can go to my website and take a look. fitinohio.com
have a great day. |

Even something as small as using good posture will strengthen your core muscles, and because muscle burns more calories that fat, its just a small change you can use during meetings, etc.

| My doctor made be promise to take the stairs instead of the elevator every day for my 6 week program. I also parked further away from my destinations. I did sit-ups & push-ups in the morning. I got up early to work out...like 6:30am and then in order to get enough rest I cut out an hour of tv before bed. When I made it important enough and really dedicated myself, I found lots of ways to sneak in exercise. I bet you can too. |

I used to work like that all the time without any time off. It was really hard on life and my body in general. Working out can definitely take time out of that schedule and I would highly encourage it. Hopefully your able to find out some time. Maybe if you live close enough to work and its warm enough try walking or jogging to work. Biking is great to!
If all else fails try doing some simple stuff around your home. Pushups in the morning something like that. Just think about stuff that you would do in school as a kid for gym class. That helps out a ton! |
