This is my Journey to a better ME! |

Hi Everyone,
I decide to start a journal for my progress, my weightloss success and my not-so-good weight gain. I have read so many posts here and I love the way that you guys "hold" each other up and really support each other. So I decided to post here a journal to make myself "accountable" to someone else besides myself. I have always felt that if I told someone else about wanting to loss weight, I had to atleast put in the effort or feel like I had let them down. So here goes nothing...
I had posted about a month ago in the Phentermine forum about a product that I had decided to try called RedHotz. This is an ephedra based product which I really like. I had lost tons of weight a couple of years ago with it. So here are my stats for the month prior to taking the RedHotz:
Bust: 43.5"
Pecs: 40"
Ribs: 37.5"
Waist: 38"
Abdomen: 44.5"
Hips: 43"
Weight: 177lbs.
After I ran out of the RedHotz I took my stats again. This is where I am at now:
Bust: 42"
Pecs: 37"
Ribs: 35.5"
Waist: 35"
Abdomen: 42"
Hips: 42"
Weight: 177lbs.
So from the results above you can see that I did not loose any weight (granted it did go up and down during this time) but I did loose inches. Which to be perfectly honest, IS OKAY with me. I would rather feel/look different in my clothes than loose weight and look the same.
During this time, I began walking on the treadmill for atleast 30 minutes a day and lifting weights/cruches every other day. I took off Sundays. I also was drinking a lot of water. I have completely cut out any caffeine other that what came in the RedHotz.
Since I have ran out of the RedHotz, I have decided to try another product to see if I might achieve a little bit better results. As of today, I have placed an order for the Original Lipodrene with ephedra alkoloids (I do not believe in the extracts that are on the market now).
So I will keep you updated on my progress as I go on this journey and I do honestly hope that you will help keep me going. Whether it is offering advice or opinion, I would love to hear from anyone.
Thanks! |

Today's weigh-in: 177lb. (Ugh!)
As of today, I am setting my goal to 170lbs. This seems to be my "sticking" point. Can't get past this.
Once I get there, I will set another goal. |

Loose weight the healthy way |

Loose Weight
&
Keep it off the Healthy Way.
Can you loose weight permanently? Absolutely!!!
Can you do it without risking your health? Absolutely!!!
Can you accomplish this great goal with a personal coach,
(Free of Charge) to help guide and support? Absolutely!!!
Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:
Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. When these nutrients are not supplied in the quantities needed, the body will kick into a self preservation mode of storing resources in the form fat. In essence a person can overeat while at the same time starving their body. This condition in turn puts pressure on vital internal organs as they battle for the limited supply of nutrients, thus causing a variety of seemingly unrelated health issues. In addition the added weight adds an even heavier burden on the already over worked and under fed organs causing the bad health snow ball to increase in size.
Most weight loss plans and schemes focus solely on loosing weight which makes the condition more times than not worse. Not only is the body starved of needed nutrients, it is now robed of fat stores. After the weight is lost and the plan is put on the shelf because we have had enough food deprivation, the weight comes back with a vengeance which most people who struggle with weight issues have experienced as their hopes for a slimmer look are dashed.
Why not loose weight while achieving proper nutrition at the same time? Not only do you want to look good but you also want to feel good with more energy and vitality all at the same time.
There is help and hope.

Hi, I am Candy
I was so overweight before, but I am ok now.I tried so many weight loss capsules also do a lot of exercises but no use,one day a friend intriduced a slimming capsule, I find it is canbe useful, because after I take this one I lost weight steadily also at same time I do a lot of exercises and now I keep on taking it. So I think maybe the slimming capsule useful. It comes from China, and made of Chinese herb so it is very natural and very safe.when I take it I did not feel any comfortlessness. The name is Lida daidaihua Slimming Capsule.I buy it from this e-mail:dali0812@kmdali.com.
I think maybe you can try this way
