I've been on these as directed for 1 month plus a few days. The results; I have lost no weight, I need to loose about 30 lbs...however...they have helped my daily mood 100%. I'm single with no support & 43 with 5 young children. I do not use medication, barely even an asprin. I'd say I suffer from pesamistic (sp) thoughts or blues/stress daily. I have also ordered from easytobefit on ebay. Bottles should cost around 27 dollars each. He sells a lot of bottles for a reasonable price. I've been on them for 3 weeks and lost 7 pounds. week 3 today...13 lbs down and lots to go. i have 2 friends taking it who are also happily losing their extra weight. i'm healthy w/ no adverse side effects. i only eat when necessary as well. i haven't started exercising but plan to this week...i'll let you know how much of a difference running on a treadmill for 1.5 miles a day makes next fri so stay tuned.

ch14 -- did you ever find out if running on a treadmill helped increased the weight loss? I'd imagine if you can lose 13 lbs in 3 weeks without exercising, it'd have to be more with exercise, right?

For the first week of running a mile at 10 min, I didn't lose any additional weight (muscle gain maybe?) -- Now I'm still doing both 2.5 weeks later and the weight began coming off just as it did before.

I used to weigh myself every single morning but now I weigh roughly ever other day or every two days. I'm on target with my goal and I'm using this free website where you enter your weight to track it, it's cool to see your progress in a chart form, especially as you realize your almost to your half-way point.

I just started taking the 2Day Diet pills. This is Day 3. One pound down so far. (I know it's just water). The appetite suppression is amazing. By far better than anything I've ever tried. Not too crazy about the super dry mouth, but I guess it reminds me to drink a ton. I have had a dull headache in the evenings, but nothing that would require a tylenol.
No because the AS is so extreme, I've only managed around 800 calories a day, which is too low. I am concerned on the effects I'll get tomorrow when I increase to 2 pills a day. I only need to lose around 5-8 lbs so I'm expecting a slower loss the most people. I work out 4 days a week on my elliptical for 30 horrible minutes...actually I love the elliptical. I also practice intermittent fasting...so I only eat within a 5-hour window...so you can see how it would be hard for me to cram a lot of calories with no appetite into my window.
Fast-5 is just my personal preference as a way to eat..not recommending it to anyone. I just enjoy the freedom of eating what I want without having to worry about gaining weight.
I have maintained my weight for about a year but now would like to lose those last stuburn 5-8 lbs. I really hope this will help.

I have been taking the 2 day diet pill for 3 weeks 2 days, I have cut my food down as much as I can because Im still as hungry as ever, I have gone to the bathroom 3 times and that was with a laxative, I havent lost any weight, I bought them from amazon.com emmas beauty and I know they are the real thing they do make me thirsty so I drink alot of water, should I start taking 3 a day, I am so frustrated Im ready to cry seems like Im the only one they dont work for, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Beevis, I got mine from Emma's as well. The appetite suppression for me is amazing. However, like you, my BM have only been normal thanks to the occasional laxative. Based on other people's comments, we should not be constipated at all. I think next time around I'm going to order from ebay. On the other forum (topix), some people did have to up their dose to 3 per day, so you could try that. It's kind of disheartening that there are "fake" pills out there. Anyway, best of luck to you
