I don't use the bathroom as much because I'm not eating as much. It makes sense to me; the less that goes, the less there is to come out.

I'm still losing. I will have been on the pills for exactly 2 months next Tues. (April 22nd) and as of this morning, I have lost 25 lbs. I only order from Emma's.

does anyone know if this pill is as effective for post-pregnancy weight? By nature, I'm a small, petite girl, but have gained much weight after my pregnancy...I'd like to lose at least 15 lbs in the next 2 months...is this possible with this pill??

Thanks PJ! This is my 4th day on the pill and I no longer have headache. I want to increase my intake to two pills per day. The only concern I have is that I do have constipation. Seems like everyone else does not have constipation. So now I am wondering whether my pills are authentic. I bought mine from local grocery store. I may have to order a new bottle from Emma...

Wondering???

I just started these pills on monday and i feel normal, everything is the same... A, I supposed to be feeling different? when will i start to notice weight loss?

I've been taking the pills for 13 days now. I've lost 3-4 lbs. I expect to be losing more because my appetite is down significantly. I think it takes a little while for it to start coming off. My mouth is very dry, but my biggest concern is that almost everyday that I've been taking them I am feeling ALOT of tension in my neck and shoulders, a constant mild headache and an irritable like feeling. Not wanting to be very social. It's like a stressed out feeling. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

I think the constipation may happen no matter where you buy them from. Reading other forums, it does happen to some of us. Like CH14 was saying, if you're eating less, there is less to come out. I will just increase my fiber every day. If the appetite suppression and the dry mouth are present, then they're doing what they're supposed to be doing.
The mild headache does go away.

CH14, congrats on your loss. It's motivating to hear other people's successes. Keep posting!

do not buy from Emma beauty they are selling the fake pills. it made me constipated for 3 days. the pills i use to take from ebay they made me run to the bathroom and they smell owefull those the one they are real. too bad they are scamming people and i'm one of the. Crying or Very sad

I am nearly 43 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for 15 years. I am 11 stone and the heaviest i have ever been. I would be happy to lose a stone. I always manage to lose weight following weight watchers but unfortunately have trouble in keeping it off.
