Hi
I have been on reductil for over 2 months now and i have not even lost half a stone with them i am just wondering if they do really work i know ive read some posts where people have lost weight with them but not me i cant seem to way this up and it is very disapointing think im wasting my money i have got alot of weight to lose so you would think it would come of cant understand it .
They make me feel full so i dont want much to eat and i seem to be missing out of the odd choc treat as im not hungry whats point eating if not hungry.

Still it is very upsetting when dont lose weight with them and supposed to dont know how others can lose weight with them and not me Sad

i know its hard dont loose faith can i ask are you drinking fluids preferebly water or squash no added sugar ones you need to be drinking aprox 4 litres a day in order for these tablets to work thats 8 pints of fluid i have been on tablets now for 7 months and stated at nearly 20 st0ne and i am now down to 16 st and am getting in to size 20 where as iwas in size 26 so they do work if you drink the fluids as well try it i promise it will work and think of the future goal not the weekly goal you can do it good luck Laughing
