No really, they're frickin' useless. I've tried everything from pills, patches, nutrition guides, diet plans, even starvation (which is really a BAD idea, might i add), and end up with the same results, nothing. Pills only curb my appetite, make my feel like crap throughout the day, and then wake me up in the middle of the night, so hungry I can barely reach the bottom of the staircase in an effort to reach the refridgerator, eating everything in sight. Hell, some pills have even left me wheezing and barely being able to breathe until 4 in the morning, some nights so bad I had to go to the hospital. And patches, wow, you stick em on and lose 3 or 4 pounds every month...Now that's just something I haven't the patience for. And dieting, now who can commit to eating a raisin for breakfast, an apple core for lunch, and then a peanut for dinner (I'm of course being sarcastic), but even with supposeably THE best dieting plans, I end up having cravings so bad I can barely stand it and eventually just gave up dieting all together. So now what?

Okay now here's where the story gets good, and I can finally stop bitching and moaning and get to my point. So as I was thumbing through February's issue of Muscle & Fitness, I came across an ad featuring a brand new weight-loss product that was created by the weight-loss god Alwyn Cosgrove and Mike Rousell, and upon reading it I thought to myself "Oh great, just another 'eat small meals, jog around, and hope for the best' B.S. product. But when I went home and looked up the website where the product was being advertised, I was a little relieved and more driven to to purchasing the product, and with their 100% money back guarantee, what's the worst that can happen?

So I ordered the product which is an e-book that is actually a very intense workout program, including strength, circuit, interval training and cardio exercises and also contains a VERY detailed eating plan that even I can follow. About a month after using this product, I have to say my skepticism has vanished, as well as about 50 pounds of body fat! My family members and friends have taken notice as well as that lil' hottie at the front desk of my local gym. I've finally found a product that works for me and best of all it's not a pill, a patch, or any worthless weight-loss product. And coming from a guy who's tried every little thing out there to kill these pounds, from pills to starvation (which is a VERY risky habit, might I add), it is great to find a product that has actually changed my life and the way I look.

Sure the name is a little corny, and they could have marketed it a little better, but this is barely even a concern for what the product can do for you. Totally worth my $70 compared to all the other products I've spent my money on. So stop suffering and get with the picture guys!

Not really, I just go through different forums, and give my thoughts and feelings on each topic, and let people know about this product, because so far it's the only one that's worked for me...And I'm not trying to sell anything, I'm just letting people know that they shouldn't go around wasting their money on inferior products, because I have before. I don't really see any harm in that so I don't understand why you're trying to make me look like the bad guy here. I'm just writing a damn testimonial on a product that helped me accomplish my dream of being comfortable with my body, and this has done it. Thanks for being so sweet..

I don't know why you are hitting every forum telling people not to "waste" their money on, um, well, the TOPIC of that forum. You are outright slamming what the entire forum is about.

Contributing info about fake pills, scamming companies, etc is cool, hell, it helps us all out, but as you can see from actually reading some threads in this forum, this stuff is working well for 99% of us.

If you are sincere about your program, simply contact the admin, Light, and ask him about creating a unique forum for it. That way, you can spread your knowledge without negating each and every individual forum's basis for existing.

Hm......touche. You're alright. Thanks for the useful tip and sorry if I looked like an as*hole from the beginning, I was just trying to share a product I really liked. Take it easy, and if you need an extra boost in weight loss (with all due respect of course) or a program isn't working for you, talk to me.

$70 is a bit expensive for an e-book. What are you looking at making by people buying the book from the link you provided? $50 of that $70? Hmmmmmm..........I am sure it contains information that most people know but choose not to use.

BTW, I do not know if that book is good or not. I am sure that some good things can be learned from there but I just hate the way they design this kind of sites. Just sales pitch after sales pitch, shady testimonials, no clinical research references, a PO box for contact, I can not see who is the author... the site and the way they are selling it its total junk!!!
