Still Hungry! |

I received my 30mg Duromine a week ago and started taking them on Monday. The first day I wasn't that hungry, but by Tuesday, the usual hunger seems to have kicked right back in. I've lost 4 pounds this week, but that's through sheer will power and LOTS of water. Would anyone recommend taking 2 of these pills to see if it makes a difference? BTW, I received them through YKPharmacy and they expired in October, though I really doubt that would make a difference.

| Do not buy from these people! The people on these forums are talking up all these sources and most of them are sending you fake pills! When you complain they will say all phen is not the same, it is weaker now, or maybe you built up a tolerance to it!! Go back and read all their posts, check the dates and the names. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! |

| They are expired? Old and expired pills are less potent usually. I have taken two at a time before. It probably wont hurt you, but if they are that weak it may not help, either. |

They may have lost there potency if you are sure they are real. I have never taken Duromine/Phentermine 37.5s that did not kick my appetite, and trust me I usually have quite the appetite. I know that you can build up a tolerance to Phentermine, but if you just started taking them that shouldn't be an issue. Hopefully the ones I have on the way will work. As for YK I cant really comment on them because I have never ordered from them, I looked into it but all of the email I tried to send were sent back. Keep us posted on your progress  |

I went on the YKPharmacy website and they don't have phentermine or Duromine even listed on their website. |

Some years ago I was on the 37.5 kind for about a month and lost weight, definitely wasn't hungry on it. That doctor has closed up shop so I thought I would try the capsules with extended release and obviously these aren't doing squat for me.  |

| I am taking phentermine 37.5 and the first day or two I wasnt hungry, but after that I started getting hungry like mid day and later on - is that normal?? I see that some ofyou say that you took it and had no appetite. I went out for dinner last night though and barely ate. I had my RX filled at walmart, I hope those werent weak pills!! Has anyone else gotten hungry later in the day on them? Actually sometimes in the morning I get a little hungry!! but then it goes away. I hope my pills arent expired! Does this normally happen? |

Ends up the Duromine is NOT out of date, I was reading it wrong and reading when it was made...Oct. 2007, expiring Oct. 2010. I'm trying it again today to see if I get anything from it. I really want to loose this weight, but I can't if I'm constantly feeling hungry. Today, so far, so good...but it's only 9am!  |

| In my experience, Duromine hasn't worked as well as phentermine, although I know they are supposed to be the same. |

Try adding 50 mg 5-HTP twice daily along with your Duromine. |

Not yet - I have some but I keep forgetting to take it. I am going to have to put them with my bottle of phen so I remember to take them. I heard it helps and the phen-pro docs swear by it and even suggest taking some along with the phen and prozac just to insure hunger control. |
