Does anyone know a weight loss strategy??? |
|
|
Hi, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this is getting to me. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting, I don’t seem to get any slimmer! There are many ways to lose weight, but I have exhausted all the ways I know. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.
Is there some way to make me feel better!!! |

| You are not the only one having problems trying to lose weight, without any success. I know that it is very frustrating to try all sorts of things and still be in the same shape…..I too have faced that!!! Just a couple of weeks back I came across Weight Loss 2008 that not only made me glad I did (I finally got a product that does the real thing) but got the work started. It has been a great way for me because it doesn’t throw up obstacles but gets the job done. |

I suppose it depends on how you want to lose the weight and how much time you have to lose the weight.
If you have time and you are dedicated to achieving your goals, then adjusting your diet and getting an exercise plan together is the best way to lose weight.
If you are in a hurry to lose the weight and feel that you need a structured plan to follow, then you should seriously consider looking for a fat loss plan that will suit your lifestyle.
I went for the fat loss plan because I have a certain time frame in mind and so far so good with me! |

| hi! i was reading your post and the thing that helped me most was figuring out exactly how many calories i need to lose weight and also how to adjust them when i hit a plateau. i have spent a lot of time reading articles and trying diets, but the thing that i think helped me the most is a software program that i bought. it calculates your calorie intake and you can create a meal plan that is customized to fit your needs-not someone else's. it's really easy and i think it is the best weightloss product that i have spent my money on. i have only had it for about 2 weeks and i can tell a difference already. here's the link if you want to try it out. http://binkyb.jaysonrd.hop.clickbank.net you might have to copy and paste it into your address bar. hope i helped you! let me know how it goes! |
