I have read many remarks about people who had 'horrific side effects' from this and many other diet pills. Anyone that knows anything about herbs should know that anyone at anytime can have an allergic reaction to these pills. Many people are allergic to grass and many other plants. Herbs are plants. You should be aware that just because you have a reaction doesn't mean that you are going to win a case against a company because you have an allergy to an ingredient in their product.

Many people have spring and summer allergies with extreme effects on their respiratory system. Are you going to try and sue God for placing you in an environment that caused you distress?
