My wife and I lost a combined weight of 90lbs. and have kept it off for the last 3 years. We actually came up with this plan ourselves after many failed attempts on diet plans or pills. This is the only plan (not diet) that has ever worked for us (especially because we were NOT willing to give up the foods we love). Some of our friends and family are trying it now too. Our sister-in-law lost 50lbs.! For more information go to

Thanks admin. I don't sell anything though. I talk good about some things and bad about others. My blog talks about what I use, but I don't have affiliate links there and always link to manufacturers and not affiliates. The Internet has become a big sales pitch.
And the more posts we can get going, the better and more relevant search engine results will be, and the more people that will visit this site. So I am trying to get some good posts going here.
Anyway, I will keep doing what I can do flush out the spammers  Thanks for having such a great site.
