| Ok...I got back on the wagon and decided that If I could not take a little time out for me then I am not living up to my potential. And I finally realized that no magic fairy was going to come and take the weight and fat off my body......DARN IT ! So Im back on my phen/pro and working out every other day ...and as of 15 days Ive loss 8 pounds ...I feel motivated and ready to kick my butt in to shape ! |

Good for you! That is great! I havent checked in here in a few days... I lost another 3 lbs since last saturday! Yay! I am so excited! So total now is 27 lbs! |

I'm having a good week so far - I'm already down 3 pounds and my official weigh in day isn't til Monday! Yay!
I've been drinking a lot more water this week, so I think that's helping and also, I am off my period.

Hello ladies.... I have been out of circuit for a little while, with the kiddos out of school and all things stay crazy. I wanted to say that I think you guys are doing WONDERFUL with your weight loss....On those weeks that you loose 2 lbs. that is great also, when I was loosing I would get discouraged with that also, but I would have to remind myself that 2 lbs lost is SO much better than 2 lbs gained!!!!!! I saw in some of your post that you struggle at that 'time of the month'....so do I. And even some other times of the month, it is just normal to have those days that you want to pig out....even with the phen. Some days are such a struggle, and even though I am at the weight I want to be, I still watch everything that I eat, but on these bad days, I just constantly remind myself that I will feel so much better the next day if I stay in control. I, also, weigh myself everyday, it seems to hold me accountable. I dont know if you ladies are coffee drinkers, but when I am craving something, anything, I will have coffee, it seems to subside my hunger and cravings. I drink the flavored coffee (cinnamon roll is my fav) with a little sweet n low and some fat free vanilla coffee creamer. It really helps me out in the evenings!!!!!
Sorry for the long post, I really just wanted to say that I think ya'll are doing FABULOUS!!!!! Keep up the good work, you can do it!!!!!! Sometimes it seems like an impossible journey, but once you are where you want to be, you will see that it is one of the GREATEST accomplishments of your life!!!!!!! |

My4boys -- thanks for the words of encouragement and congratulations for getting to your goal weight. That's very inspiring for me to see! Especially, since you and I are had the same start weight.
I like the DaVinci Sugar Free Syrups for my coffee sometimes - I get mine at the World Market when they have them on sale. Coffee helps me stay on track at times -- most times, though, when I think I am starving, I am really thirsty, so drinking water does the trick for me as well. I also just make sure that I keep busy - especially on the weekends. You know what they say about idle hands.......
My weight loss for this week is 3.4 lbs.! I think I was making up for last week (period week) when I lost "only" 1.8 lbs (not that I was complaining).
I hope the rest of you fare well at the scales this week!! |

Well, I'm checking in this morning. My weight loss was 2.2. I added more calories and that seemed to work. However, I stayed at 117 then gained .2. So, I'll be back to trying to adjust my calories to see if that works. Good luck to everyone this week.  |

| Congratulations, Chubbie_Love (you know, technically, you shouldn't be called that!). I made sure to eat more myself and that helped with my loss and also made sure to drink a lot more water. |

Checking in for my weekly weigh in - I am down to 203.8 lbs. -- a 2.6 pound loss for the week! Not as much as I would like but hey, its better than nothing. I can't keep losing at a fast rate forever. a bit anxious to lose more since I am getting close to Onderland

| Congrats to everyone! You guys are so supportive. Unfortunately, my friend showed up out of the blue. I lost all control. Sigh!! The weight that I loss though stayed the same. So, I'll start again today. Have a great week guys! |

Congrats Kerls Hey I was wondering....I got kinda confused by the instructions my pharmacist gave me with the 10mg prozac. I thought he said to take it 1hr before or after meals and limit my caffeine????? I've had the rx for about a week now, but haven't started taking it. I don't know why the prozac is scary for me .
How do you use prozac to supplement the program you're on? |
