Royal Danish Hospital Diet Loose 13 - 22 pounds in 13 days |
|
|
Has anyone tried the royal danish hospital diet I came accross it the other day and have been looking for anyone that has tried it to see if it works and to see if they put on weigh as soon as finishing it
I have copied it below
This diet lasts 13 days and although difficult, it is efficient. The metabolism's change is that fundamental that at the end of the diet one can come back to the normal alimentation without gaining weight for two years. If the diet is respected daily, step by step, one can lose all the fat accumulated in tissues. The diet must last exactly 13 days, not more and not less.
Recommendations:
Any aliment added beside the aliments allowed by the diet (a candy, a chewing gum, a biscuit, a glass of beer or wine) imposes the immediate stop of the diet as it has no longer effect. You can start over again only in six months. In case you cannot resist to keep the diet more than 6 days (respecting all the alimentary indications), stop it and begin again the diet after three months.
If you are hungry, drink water, at least 2 l/day.
The lettuce should be fresh.
The code (the fish) can be replaced by trout or plaice.
Coffee cannot be replaced by tea or the other way round.
The natural yogurt is the non- pasteurized one, without sweeteners or fruits addition.

Hi everyone,
I've just started this diet and I'm hoping to lose 5-7kg in those 13 days.
Ariana, I'm curious to know what your version of this diet is. Can you post it please?!
I'm also wondering why it lasts exactly 13 days and not 14 or even longer... and why one mustn't start the diet again until 3 or 6 months later if given up... If the diet is repeated after a couple of months, will it not have the same effect again??
By the way... rubbed out carrot??? Grated carrot is the correct English translation... |

I've found the correct version of the Hospital Diet...
As you'll see, day 7 does allow lunch... the meat is for lunch and the fruit for dinner... not both for dinner!
There are some minor variations, but all in all the same concept.
The Hospital Diet
Our diet takes 13 days, and is very effective.
If you follow the diet slavish, you will loose min. 10 lbs. depending on your weight.
But remember...Follow it slavish.
If you drink a beer or a glass of wine, you must quit the diet IMMEDIATELY.
The diet will no longer work. You may use the diet again only after 6 months.
If you didn't reach longer than day 6, you may use the diet again after 3 months.
If you followed the diet all 13 days, you may not do it again for a year.
This is from a hospital view, and should apply to all fast diets for your own safety.
TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USING THIS DIET, BECAUSE IT CAN BE HARD.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR HEALTH(not your weight), YOU SHOULD FIND ANOTHER DIET.
Because of the length of the diet, it can be difficult to plan it.
Do it in a period where you know you aren't invited for dinner.
If you feel a bit peckish, drink water - MINIMUM 2 LITRES EACH DAY.
The diet must be followed all 13 days. NO MORE, NO LESS.
You may interchange midday and evening, but only on the same day.
If not stated otherwise, you may eat as much as you like.
Example:
A large steak is a size you can eat.
You may eat as much as you want of salad, steamed spinach etc.
The result of this diet does not depend on how much you eat, but the type of calories you are eating.
That's why it is very important to stick to the diet plan all 13 days.
If you do not see any results in the beginning, do not quit.
You will see results after 13 days.

Danish Royal Hospital Metabolism change diet |

Thank you for the authentic diet!!
Today is my 8th day on the diet.
I must admit, it has not been easy for me. I was craving the food I am used to ( Idont have a problem with sticking to healthy food, but having to stick to a diet that stops me from snacking on fruit when hungry has been very challenging). But as the saying goes, where there is a will, there is a way, I am soldering on and resisting all the temptations. I will encourage all those who want to follow the diet to really be disciplined and deny themselves the luxuries, it lasts 13 days only after all.
The good news is, I have lost 3.2kg exactly as of today. This is more than I lost when I was working out for the past 12weeks!! So, it means for me, the diet is proving worth it.
So please take courage and try it out. I hope to be back after day 13 to give you a full report on my experiences!! |

| Quote: | believe me when I tell you this diet is not for softies. I did it 3 yrs ago and just completed it now again and believe me when I tell you if you relegiously stick to it you will loose an average of 10Kg in the 13 days. It definately does work I have been on it now and i'm not hectically overweight and I lost 10Kg. 2 of my mates are also on it and the one has already lost 9Kg in 8days. If you have determination and you are results driven this is the one to do.
Go for it.
