hey guys,

for everyone wondering where to get them i'd recommend either lanaboutique.com or easytobefit on ebay. i've only ever ordered from lanaboutique and never had any problems but i've also heard good things about easytobefit and i think they're a little cheaper there. i think both are pretty safe bets though for getting the real deal.

i took these for about three weeks a few months ago and lost 12 pounds and then i started up with them again last monday and have lost 6.5 pounds in one week. yay. i haven't had any side effects or anything, just decreased appetite and practically zero cravings. weird but i love it haha.

I guess I will stick with Lanaboutique. I took my first one this afternoon and I just went to the bathroom already....is it supposed to work like that??? so soon?? These also must be mighty strong if you only take one or 2 a day. Does everyone only take them in the mornings??

The problem with reishi or ling zhi pills is that they are developed from fungi and while in the cultivation process, there is bound to be a lot of bacteria organisms present on the mushroom. When ground up and put in pills, the bacteria content can still far exceed the minimum requirement of bacteria control in food, that is, the bacteria count should not be more than 3,000 per cm3. This is the one reason why the Japanese in the past have always boiled the reishi and drank the tea, never consuming pulverized reishi from its raw state."


Im a bit apprehensive about continuting with the pills.. i dunno..

that's interesting what that person said on craigslist. and it should concern me but it doesn't haha. i don't know why. i know someone who's been taking them for 6 months and no side effects or anything. she said her aunt took them to her doctor to look at and he said they seemed all right, but who really knows. i'll take that with a grain of salt. I'm down 20 pounds total since I first stated taking these about 6 or 7 weeks ago, with a couple of weeks off. i don't remember the exact date i started. i did some searching and i found a message board where there is a big discussion on these pills and has information from people taking them. let me know if anyone wants the link.

I just started the pills again today. Last week i was taking them along w/ the tea which only allowed me to sleep 2 hrs a night. It was horrific. Hopefully I'll have a better experience this week.

it's interesting to hear the different opinions and how it's working for other people.

the comment on the page 12 about someone googling asian diet pill and reports of deaths coming up is interesting. i googled the same thing and found the same reports but it's different diet pills. there's some negative nelly's in that thread.

i buy mine on ebay. type in search for japan lingzhi....tried the 2 day, the 3 day and now on the new fit slim shape......purchased from the bestbeautyestore on ebay......it is AWESOME!!! several people at my work and my family are on it and it has been great!!!

So I started using the pills in the middle of May, and so far I have lost 10lbs. But what is crazy to me is that throughout my usage, I did still continued to eat the fast food and all the other bad stuff, and I still managed to lose 10lbs!! I never ate healthy or excersiced once while using my first bottle. My only regret is that I think of how much more I could have lost if I added good nutrition and aerobics! Im now about to purchase my 2nd bottle as we speak, and I plan to do the right way this time around. These pills are Amazing!!

Well I cant say enough good things about these. Ive been on these for 1 month now, and I have so much more energy, Ive also lost 10 pnds. and still going.
You do have to drink lots of water though, which is a good thing anyway.
My nail salon sells them, but they are not cheap. Like to find them online but the packaging is all different, and Im afraid they might be a generic version and a different strength. Anybody have the box with the girl in the red/White stripped bathing suit on it? If so where did you order yours from? I really want to get the same ones that Ive been taking. Thanks.

I was wondering...

Are any of you ladies taking lingzhi and birth control at the same time?

So far Ive been on lingzhi for a week and havent really lost any weight. I do in fact feel lighter and my jeans are a bit loser, but nothing shows on the scale.

When i'm on the diet pills i kinda feel like im high on caffeine. Like my eyes are wide and i breathe more often... do any of you experience this??

Can anyone tell me if they have expierenced constipation when first taking this pill and if so does this subside and do you still lose weight
