The Hoodia is all natural, but you need to know that I have read reports that state more than 9 our of 10 hoodia products on the market are fake or dont work. There are a lot of reasons for this.
I myself have been duped twice now with garabge hoodia. If anybody wants to know which ones, I will say. I am now (finally) using a Hoodia product called Hoodia Prime that works well for me and I would recommend it.
I would stay away from Meridia. It's prescriptions, and like almost all prescription drugs, there are too many side effects for the TEENY WEENY amount of benefit you get. Weight loss is like 1/2 pound per month. You can do this by not drinking one soda per day -- actually, that would probably exceed half a pound her day.
Check these facts out:
The effectiveness of Meridia as a diet drug has also been questioned in addition to its safety. When the FDA approved Meridia in November 1997, it stated that the average weight loss in Meridia patients over the course of one year was only 6 1/2 pounds over the placebo group.
Meridia Deaths and Adverse Effects
February 1998 to September 2001 - The FDA receives 397 reports of serious adverse reactions to Meridia, including 152 hospitalizations and 29 deaths.
