I miraculously found an easy access to Qumei (sibutramine hydrochloride) and started taking it about 7 days ago.
I've had some dizziness and headaches the first 2 days I took it, but have been fine since with no other side effects. I did get dry mouth, but only feel it in the morning since I do drink 1.5L to 2.5L of water per day.

In 7 days I've lost 7 pounds .. whoo hoo .. a pound a day so it seems huh.

I've done no exercise at all, but did find I was struggling with myself to eat. So the appettite supressant thing ain't no lie!

I have decided to throw in some exercise to see how much more results I can achieve. I'll post some results in a few days.

Starting Weight = 270 pounds
Current Weight = 263 pounds
Goal Weight = 180 pounds

Well done that is great. Try and excersise as that way you will keep the weight off when you go off the medication. Are you remembering to eat?

So ya I'm doing well. Exercising and eating well. Started taking qumei only periodically, like every other day because other wise I just wont eat and then I'm annorexic like. I don't like that.

Congrats!!! I am entering my third week and have gone from 346 to 339 with very little exercise. I also have problem eating now and have to force myself to eat.

Down to 333 lbs now. that is 13 lbs LOST in 6 weeks. It feels like my body has gotten used to the pill. Where before I would not feel hungry at all, I now eat more than before but it is still working for me. I am sure I would lose more if I ever start exercising but I am happy anyways.
