My sister gave me the pills, she used them and lost weight. My sister said that she has trouble sleeping when she takes the pills. I took one yesterday and I was okay. I took two today and I am jittery, I have neck pain, dry mouth and I am scared. I saw the news clip, I for one will not take these again. I will lose weight the old fashioned way, eat right and exercise. I can't believe what women put themselves through to lose weight. Anyone who continues to take these pills (I seriously believe it dosen't matter where you buy them, whether they are fake or real, pills are not the answer) good luck because you are going to need it.

Hi guys,
My friend gave me half of the bottle (30 pills) to take and they did work for me. But after the pills ran out, I slowly gained back the weight I've lost while on the pill, even though I've maintained the same diet and exercise program. I don't want to be on the pills forever (they're not cheap and who knows what kind of consequences they will give you after a while) but how can I keep myself from gaining back the weight I've lost or stay at the same weight once I've reached my goal?

Any ideas or inputs are appreciated!

Ok, so I did lots of reading on these pills. I purchased my first bottle a month ago. I gotta admit it was not a good month to try these pills for me, so I did it off and on for about 4 weeks. I loss no weight, which didn’t really surprise me since I did it off and on. But it left me going to the bathroom pretty much after every time I ate anything. So I was going at least 2-3x a day.

I didn’t finish the bottle but I decided to buy another bottle, this time from a different vendor on ebay. I just started the new bottle on Saturday. This bottle does not leave me running for the bathroom like the first bottle, in fact…I’ve only gone once since taking these pills. I haven’t loss any weight either, probably too soon to see anything since it’s only been 2 days.

I find that both pills do decrease my appetite. I eat twice a day, maybe only once. And usually small meals. I will snack a little with fruits or crackers. Still no weight loss.

So, now I’m confused. What is the ‘real’ pill supposed to make you feel? I’ve experienced pretty different things with each bottle.

Hi everyone,
I started taking the 2 day diet pills 2 weeks ago this past Saturday. I lost 7.5lbs. The side effects I have been experiencing are very tired, not able to sleep at night. Since the pills have seriously curved my appetite to almost none and I was happy w/the results I kept taking them. Well, today i stopped taking them as I started to experiece shortness in breathe and anxiety. I have been on edge as well. After reading the posts here, I am worried about the possibility of Fen Fen being in the pills. I saw the video that was posted however I never saw the broadcast on May 8th. I've tried searching the site, however I could not find anything. If anyone has the information or tell me how I can get it I would greatly appreciate it. I even searched the FDS site to see if reports had been to them and I found nothing.

I haven't posted here in a while.
I am still taking the pills and loving them. I am beyond my goal. I started out at 130(4/9/0 with a goal of just losing 5-8 lbs, well I am now at 117 and have been there for the last month. They still suppress my appetite, but I now take them for the surprise benefit. I used to get SEVERE cramps every month, but since taking the pills, they are so mild that I barely notice. My husband and kids have noticed that my irritability is mild as well..before they would know when it was my TOM....didn't have to say a word....now it comes and goes without the family's knowledge. For me this is a huge benefit. I still work out 4 days a week on my elliptical, have been on a couple of vacations and didn't gain weight with the help of these pills.
These pills are not for everyone, we are all different and things affect us differently....but for me, these have been a godsend and I do believe that the lingzhi mushroom does have wonderful medicinal purposes.

I have been on the 2 Day Diet pills for a week now. I have lost 2 pounds. I have been constipated the entire time. Tonight I had a lot of anal blood when I tried to stool. I am worried. Has anyone else experienced rectal bleeding. (I am a woman and have never had anal sex)

Just had a few questions. Just received a box myself yesterday in the mail and ordered them from Ebay. I did the comparison test that was shown I think on miracle diet.com and it seemed to pass the test. I even opened up a capsule and it was very finely grinded. Plus it has a very pungent smell to it.

I guess my question is, and sorry if this has been asked before since I'm new to the forum, is that so there should be bowel movements? Is this the whole function of the pills, to excrete the toxins out of the body? Anyone that can answer it would be greatly appreciated.

Try gatorade! I got really sick from the pills too (in addition to losing lots of weight!)
I told my mom all of the symptoms and she said it sounds like I'm dehydrated.
I didn't think that would be possible, because i constantly drank water, but what my body really needed was electrolytes! I've been taking them again without a problem for a while now.
2 day diet is the best thing ever invented!
