I've Challenged Me! |
|
|
Well I'm in a challenge myself, a personal challenge. I've decided to hold myself accountable to the world as I go about dropping 2 stones for my holiday come Sept/Oct.
I don't know what the word is about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet here on the forum, some people think anyone using it is an idiot! I don't know, I'm kinna desperate to drop the weight and reclaim my life, so I after kicking it around I decided to go for it.
So I'm in it, I've put myself on the line all because I'm desperate! |

So long as you keep your mind set in a positive direction - you will achieve your goals. Keep it balanced and realistic. Most important is to keep yourself on track and in motion towards the success of your goal every day. Day after day - it all adds up and you will reach your goal.
Proper state of mind. Eating healthy. Staying active. You will reach your goal. |

Thanks David, encouragement, just what I need.
I'm moving in the right direction and seeing the numbers on the scale decrease is all the motivation I need to continue! Feeling great! |

| Hello Jules Jordon, weight loss is no problem nowadays. You must have seen or read of people who lost many Ibs of weight. You don't need to be desperate. Your problem should be knowing where to go. |

| I'm a medical doctor (a Christian) and I give my patients the same advice that helped me to lose 75 pounds and keep it off for 25 years: eat according to your hunger, not emotions. It sounds both easy and hard at the same time, I know, but I walk my patients through it step-by-step in the program I created. It's called The Eden Diet. It's all about eating food you love and enjoy, but in small portions and only when you're actually hungry. And it's about how to NOT eat because of "external" cues like emotions, boredom, etc. If you're interested, check out my website http://www.TheEdenDiet.com. It's still under construction, but you can view parts of it. |

My challenge Update |
|
|
Well I'm doing really well people. I'm really proud of myself and what I am doing.
I started at 92 kilos - 202.9lbs and I'm now down to 81 kilos - 178.6lbs!
I did start on a weight loss program and for me that was the best thing I could've done. It gave me the confidence to branch out on my own, because I do want to manage my weight myself. With the confidence I am now doing ok! I'm not losing weight at the speed I was on the fat loss program, but that's ok.
I now exercise regularly, drink my water and eat about 4 small meals per day! I haven't regained 1 pound!
Yeah me!
Keep going guys, you can do it! If any of you want any help just PM me or go to my site by clicking on the WWW button in my signature and leave me a message and I'll do whatever I can to help!
I mean it guys, keep going!
