I really shouldn't weigh myself everyday. Today is 178.0. I'm keep hoping some of it is water weight because of my period but normally it comes off the first day and it hasn't. |

congrats...i have a tendency to weigh myself everyday as well. I'm thinking about just getting rid of the bathroom scale all together. I'll weigh myself every week at Publix's |

| Dear you can add some herbal supplements to what you are already doing to speed up the weight loss process. It really does work |

| I weight myself every day also and it can be frustrating. There is a website called physicsdiet.com that you can enter your weight (body fat, and calories too if you want). What is does is take the averages so you can see the big picture...everyone's weight will fluctuate from day to day and it can be very frustrating. I've been using this site and it has been very encouraging for me. |

Hi Milly how are you.. i realise that if i weigh myself everyday i get disappointed and frustrated so im weighing myself each month now. I was like you before too. I love to weigh myself and check if i gain or lose that day. I realise that since i do strength training that I also gain muscle mass and as well all know that muscles are heavier than fats. Just keep exercising, eat healthy and youre on your way to success..
Lets keep losing weight
