Well as of 10mins ago i took my first Alli pill with a bowel of cereal. I really hope this works i am heaver than i have ever been. I think im feeling some rumbling in my stomach! No false alert Laughing Rolling Eyes I think it will any suggestions Very Happy Embarassed Question Brick wall

alli is kind of gross in how it works, but it does work!

yeah. i'd agree it does seem gross. although i guess if you can put up with these factors for a short term it is well worthwhile.
This womans review is an interesting take on it and how she apprached the intial stages:
