Using cinnamon and vinegar to lose weight - it works! |
|
|
I started to drink 1 tablespoon of red vinegar with every meal (that is 6 tablespoons per day). Usually I will put this on a salad, but sometimes I dont have a salad, but I still drink the vinegar. It's too early to tell if it is working, but I *think* it is helping.
There are studies that show that vinegar can help with weight loss.
Same thing with cinnamon, which I add in abundance to to my morning oatmeal. Try it and see if you dont notice a difference.

Aw come on tanker, if you can eat a pickle, you can surely swallow down one tablespoon of vinegar.
I can tell you one thing, it can't hurt you.
here's a little info on apple cider vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar has long been used as a health aid for weight loss and circulatory health. It is a very safe supplement, even for children. There are no known side effects resulting from using it. It is obtained from the fermentation of apple juice. The fermentation provides alcoholic apple cider that is combined with oxygen to produce acetic acid. The pH of ACV (apple cider vinegar) is very beneficial for the body.
Apple cider vinegar is quite rich in minerals, vitamins and other substances. It contains vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin, A, vitamin P, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6. ACV also a lot of beneficial minerals like manganese, iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, sulpher, copper, phosphorus, silicon, chlorine and fluorine.
Lose weight on the most Popular Diets Online:

2. Nutrisystem Online
3. Negative Calorie Diet
4. Weightloss By Numbers
5. A Physician's Secret
6. Ultimate Weight Loss
7. Negative Calorie Foods
8. Idiot Proof Diet
9. The Scarsdale Diet
ACV provides enzymes, amino acids, aldehydes, potash, alcoholic acids, propionic acid, and apple pectin. Apple pectin is a dietary fiber that is an essential component of a healthy diet. With more than ninety substances and a great deal of minerals and vitamins, apple cider vinegar can be one of the most important ingredients in a healthy diet.
Blood pressure:
The potassium in ACV along with other substances makes the blood thinner and is helpful in controlling blood pressure.
Cholesterol control:
Many heart attacks are caused by high fats and cholesterol in your blood. The fiber in ACV helps to absorb fats and cholesterol by expelling them from the body as waste materials.
Diabetes:
The dietary fiber in ACV is also helpful in controlling glucose levels in the blood.
Arthritic pains:
Many suffer from this disease in the west and it is caused by the gathering of metabolic toxic waste in the tissues. In this context, ACV speeds up metabolism and excretes the toxic wastes from the tissues.
Strong Bones:
Minerals like manganese, calcium, magnesium, silicon and iron develop bone mass and make them stronger.
Yeast Infections:
ACV is also useful for yeast infections like Candida caused by the unbalance of acid levels in the body. Making a solution of ACV in warm water and douching can help with the symptoms.
Chest congestion:
Apple cider vinegar is also useful in flu or chest congestion. Applying ACV with pepper on the chest can help relieve some of the congestion.
Sore Throat:
If you have a sore throat, gargle with ACV mixed with water.
Digestion:
In your digestive system hydrochloric acid and pepsin are two essential components that break down the food to be digested properly. The lack of these components can cause food poisoning. ACV has ability to enhance their functionality and help prevent food poisoning.
Nasal Congestions:
Apple cider vinegar is sometimes helpful in nasal congestion.
Apple cider vinegar and weight loss
It helps to detoxify the liver which plays an important role in weight loss. There are historical facts that Egyptians took apple cider vinegar for weight loss. Some claim ACV speeds up the metabolism while some claim it burns the calories to reduce appetite. To lose weight just take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, mixed in water, before every meal.
ACV is also available in tablets and capsules. According to some nutritionists the combination of apple cider with kelp, vitamin B6 and lecithin is much more effective for weight loss than ACV alone.

There is something out there that is called the Apple Cider Vinegar diet and I've tried it, not for a long time period though. You need to buy organic raw apple cider vinegar which you can get from the health food store or online. I did it for a few weeks. I usually did about two tablespoons of it to about 8 oz of water with a tablespoon of honey.
What I did notice was that it did make me very regular, supposedly it as 'fat' burning properties or something rather. That part I didn't notice too much, but apple cider vinegar is known to have other health benefiting properties.
What I did notice was that my hair and skin was becoming shinier and brighter so that part was good. |

Tanker,
Let me know what you find. Also I was mistaken, I meant I took about 2 teaspoons in an 8 oz cup of water. They recommend that you dilute the vinegar rather than taking it straight. |

| Well, for the most part what i've found was inconclusive. Some studies raved about how amazing it was, and i also found that it was a "active" ingredient in quite a few diet pills, even including the one i just purchased. Other studies have found that it worked, just not significantly. Nothing i've read really says that it can hurt, so heck, whats the worst that could happen by taking it? Benefits seem to definately out weigh the risks, since there seems to be little risks. ALTHOUGH KNOW that i only got like fifteen minutes worth of research in, my nieces came to town with my sister, and i barely had any time to get on the computer really.... I"ll plan on doing more research and let you know if i find anything different. |

Loose weight the healthy way |

Loose Weight
&
Keep it off the Healthy Way.
Can you loose weight permanently? Absolutely!!!
Can you do it without risking your health? Absolutely!!!
Can you accomplish this great goal with a personal coach,
(Free of Charge) to help guide and support? Absolutely!!!
Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:
Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. When these nutrients are not supplied in the quantities needed, the body will kick into a self preservation mode of storing resources in the form fat. In essence a person can overeat while at the same time starving their body. This condition in turn puts pressure on vital internal organs as they battle for the limited supply of nutrients, thus causing a variety of seemingly unrelated health issues. In addition the added weight adds an even heavier burden on the already over worked and under fed organs causing the bad health snow ball to increase in size.
Most weight loss plans and schemes focus solely on loosing weight which makes the condition more times than not worse. Not only is the body starved of needed nutrients, it is now robed of fat stores. After the weight is lost and the plan is put on the shelf because we have had enough food deprivation, the weight comes back with a vengeance which most people who struggle with weight issues have experienced as their hopes for a slimmer look are dashed.
Why not loose weight while achieving proper nutrition at the same time? Not only do you want to look good but you also want to feel good with more energy and vitality all at the same time.
There is help and hope.
