I just take 20 mg prozac with 37.5 mg every morning. At the same time. I've cut back on my caffeine (coffee) only because I increased my water intake which has really helped my weight loss.

I LOSED 40 PUND IN FAST. I GO TO LOSE 15 PUND NOW THEN I DONE.

Congrats, Violingirl!

I'm down another 2.6 lbs. -- weighing in at 201.2 lbs. So close to Onderland....I just can't seem to get there fast enough! Hopefully, next Monday I will be able to report that I am finally there!

Good news and I didn't realize this at first -- I am no longer considered obese - I haven't been since I passed the 210 lbs. mark. Now I am just overweight. The word 'obese' makes me envision someone that weighs like 500 lbs, not 210. LOL

I'm down to 193.2 for a weight loss this week of 7.6 lbs. What did do different? I was following my doctor's method of eating for a while and then switched back to the 6WBMO method, drank 100 oz. of water per day, and increased my veggies. I also tried not to eat a carb at my evening meal.

OMG you are amazing! :shock: Congrats!
I guess you just proved that works best for some people may not neccesarily be the ideal method for others.
I tried doing the 6WBMO about two years ago, but struggled to stay on the plan because of hypoglycemia. After seeing your results for this last week I am tempted to give the 6WBMO another try.
Keep up the good work!

Yes green tea is good to help you lose weight, and it is also good for your skin, from what I have read....Keeps skin smooth and supple(helps with the cellulite) Wink
