I have been using this product for about 2 1/2 months. I have also been working out. And I have tried so many products that I can not even begin to name them all, this product is one of the best I have ever used. It may not work the same for you, but I have had GREAT luck with it. I have lost 52 lbs since September, but I beleive alot of that has to do with going to the gym regularly. Hope this helps.

hey everyone, i literally just ordered 2 bottles from the website (as i'm a bit skeptical of 'deep down discounts' on ebay-i kinda figure they're discounted for a dodgy reason...) and i've read all about the 'natural high', energy boosts and appetite suppresants and what have you, but what i'm really wondering is how much extra you have to put in?
What i mean is, is it necessary to go to the gym 5x a week and eat nothing and thats how the pill works?
I know i should have tried to find this out before ordering, but i guess i got kinda swept away with all the hype.
does the pill work as a fat-burner without copious exercise and starvation, or is that necessary?

I just ordered a bottle of Ephedrasil Hardcore too. I have never in my life (34 years), ever, tried any kind of diet pill. So with my limited experience I don't know what to expect. Really I was looking for two things this supplement claims to offer: focus and appetite suppressant.
I can't wait to get mine and try it out. I think I can stand to lose a few pounds, but would not say that I am seriously over weight. The truth is, I'm pretty scatter-brained.
So I am hoping it will give me some energy and help me focus at work. Of course if I actually had some energy to hit the gym after work, that would be nice too!

I JUST PURCHASED EPHEDRASIL HARDCORE AND TOOK MY FIRST DOSE TODAY. I MUST ADMIT THAT I DIDN'T FEEL ANYTHING AT ALL. What research did you read that led you to believe that the supplement is a scam? I'd like to check it out. I haven't received mine in the mail yet... but gosh... what a bummer to be fooled. I can think of a lot of other things I can buy for that kind of cash...

I wish they would just bring back EPHEDRA!! I took Hydroxycut and it was a great supplement!! anythng that works they take it off the market and we are stuck with the junk that's out there now!!

So, it's been a month or so now since I first started taking EH and I admittedly pissed at myself for buying into the scam, because I can say with certainty that it is a 'scam'.

Someone said above about the webbys giving a sense of urgency to buy, and I can certainly agree to that because usually I am not the kind of person to buy into anything without thinking it through, and yet here I am, £140 better off with a couple bottles of toxic looking pills that so-far have done nothing for me.

I didn't expect that 'magic high' they talk about so frequently, but I did expect my appetite to be suppressed and to have more energy. Well folks, I'm sorry to say I felt neither to any great degree.

Just for my sheer pig-headedness I will continue taking the pills as they do seem to give me a purpose and remind me of what I'm trying to accomplish, but past that I'm pretty annoyed I fell for such an obvious scam.

Whoever writes their propaganda should get an oscar for script-writing because lord knows I'm not the only one who fell for it!

hay everyone. i just got my frist bottle of EH but i have not used it yet. becouse of all the things i saw on this site. on how it does not work. the site i got it from said i would get my money back if i sent the bottle back un opened. has anyone eles sent it back and got the money back.

Hi I just received mine on Saturday and been taking it ever since. Its working for me so far, at least with the whole surpressing my appetite thing and a lil burst of energy. But remember to do your regular excersie and eat healthy to help move along the process.

I bought a bottle from their website about 5 months ago, first time broke out in a rash , stopped taking it, then about 3 weeks ago decided to try it again, I took three pills before breakfast, didn't want to eat anything, then took three before lunch, still didn't want nothing to eat, dinner still didn't want anything, went the whole day not eating. That night I felt a little sick at my stomach, but not bad. Next day took the same dosage, ate a small breakfast, and lunch, then while the wife was cooking dinner, got really sick to the stomach, had to lye down for about an hour. I quit taking the pills, got better the next day. Now I'm cutting out bread and sweets during the week, eating smaller portions, then on weekends , splurge a little bread and sweets, and have lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks! You don't need diet pills to lose weight, just a little self control!
