Cylaris |
|

I just wanted to drop a quick note to the people asking about Cylaris. This is my second say on this stuff and I am impressed. I work in an office where snacking is a VERY easy thing. I decided to try this since my weight has gone back up from where I was a year ago. I've tried a bunch of other stuff and always find myswelf wanting to snack. This stuff has been GREAT so far. I ate a bowl of cold ceral and crackers and cheese for lunch yesterday and took two pills. I was not hungry nor did I have the urge to snack all afternoon. When I got home I was still not hungry, but since I was working out I ate a coldcut before I started. I have a buttload of energy with this tuff, but did have a lot of trouble falling asleep. If this stuff continues to curb my cravings like this it might be worth a little lost sleep! I am constantly thirsty and had 6 glasses of water without forcing myself like I seem to have to do. Usually I drink about 3. I only took two pills for lunch yesterday and had no cravings till I went to bed. Because of the energy I decided not to take the evening dose and see how it went. It was a good thing I didn't or I may not have gotten any sleep! When I stepped on the scale this morning I was down three pounds from two days ago. Can't say it's from the pills though.. I can't say that this will work the same for everybody, but so far this stuff is off to a great start for me. If you are having headaches you should definetly drink more water. I haven't had headaches at all yet, but I making sure to chug the water. Maybe the cotton mouth is why I haven't been hungry I'm drinking much more than eating now! I'll see what happens in a few days. |

I just started Cylaris today. Usually I come home from work at 4pm and I'm tearing through the cupboards looking for food and giving into cravings... today I was fine, came home - made my healthy dinner and I have no cravings at all.
I also have high energy and I'm off to to my stepper for an hour.
I'll let you know how I'm doing. Have you had any progress with your weightloss? |

| Just bought cylaris today. I have a question? can I still have my morning cup of coffee? I dont know if I can live without it. Also do you take the pill before you eat or is it better ( side effect) on a full stomach? |

| I just wanted to share my opinion on Cylaris. I love this product. After trying many different products and methods to break down the numbers on the scale, that nothing helped budge, I seen Cylaris sitting on the shelf and decided to try it. This product did not let me down. In, the beginning I did have a hard time making sure to get the needed water, so I bought those rubber bracelets to keep track, and soon the problem disappered. Unlike other products that require you to work-out and eat what they tell you, this product allowed me to basically sit back and enjoy what I wanted and I never had cravings; lucky for me I never had the sleeping problem neither. Within no time I had the numbers busted and I felt great. I returned back to my morning workout and had kept the weight off for over a year. Recently, my lifestyle has been "interrupped" and I have turned back to this product for help again, confidently. |

Cylaris - Did not work for me |
|
|
| Glad to hear this product worked for you all because it did not work for me. I had high hopes only needing to loose 15-20lbs I did loose 6lbs the first week and then I gained it back plus 2 more. I finished the bottle in a month and did not loose another pound. It was very expensive over $70 bucks. I now take the 2 day Japn Lingzhi and I am having better results that are staying. |
