Diet pills what works and how they work???

Me and the Mrs. are looking to try some diet pills and such things we were wondering if anybody who has used any of the weight loss products could tell us about them and how they worked so we can figure out what will work the best for us.... so if you know anything about weight loss pills if you could tell us how they work what you can expect to lose and stuff like that it would be greatly appreciated.....
