My name is joasses, I have joined this forum hopping i can get some helpfull tips. just recently i began to show interest in keeping healthy, I really think that when you are happy in life you will be healthy, any immotional problem will lead to unhealthy way of life.

I have to say i agree. The only time of my life that i really had problems stayiing fit was when i was undiagnosed bipolar depressive. For those 2 years i gained like, 75 lb. Once i got on medecine i have lost almost 30... |
