| Has anyone tried any kind of automated exercise? If so, what kind and what were your results? I've been trying it and seeing great results, but I wanted to see what anyone else thought. |

| What I am using is electrical stimulation, used for sports medicine usually. I have been on it for about 3 weeks (along with a good diet and some cardio) and wanted to talk to others about their results and see if what I am experiencing is typical or unusual. My muscle mass is increasing tri-fold, but I am also losing some weight and inches. |

Okay, so I'm in my 2nd month using e-stim, diet, and exercise. I just got a body composition analysis and am down 3% body fat, yeah!, and have increased my muscle mass by 2%. I also lost 3 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my abdomen, more all around. I know the numbers seem small to someone who's not familiar with composition, but I know it's really good. I finally have visible obliques and the stamina to do a 2 hr workout instead of 45 minutes! I'm so excited I had to share! E-stim has given me that extra boost/kickstart I was looking for, maybe now I can be on my way to becoming a real athlete. Good luck to everyone out there! |
