I actually fell for it and had some luck for a few months - I logged on and filled out the info and paid the money and I always got the prescription. Then last month I had to hound his office to get it called in. On the 3rd try I finally got a reponse from him saying it was done and apologizing for the delay. OK - I can believe that he was busy or something. BUT this month I have been waiting for 9 days (and counting) and I still do not have my prescription. He has charged my card - I know because I checked my account. He will not respond at all to me. I have been calling and emailing and now it seems that they have blocked my IP address, so all of my emails are rejected. What a scam. I reported him to the Texas Medical Board. Hopefully they can help me. Now I have to go to my CC company and make sure that the charges are reversed and go through that whole ordeal.
So, since this is how I found the joker in the 1st place - I thought I should come back and make sure that I tell my story to anyone who will read this. PLEASE do not give him your business - over the internet or otherwise. This man is dishonest and who knows what else. Do you really want a doctor with these qualities? What a waste of time and money this has been. I hope this saves at least one person from making the same mistake I made.

I have just finished a post regarding this on another thread.
You are right, Some little Bit@h or Bit@hes went all whirly 
and did in fact report the good doctor for him and his staff simply just doing their job properly!
These are the little whiners who cause problems for everyone.
I hope this little troublemaker(s) feels real good about themselves. 
To the person who did this to Dr. B this is what I hope happens to you. |

Reporting a doc to the TMB is serious business. Fortunately, there was no wrongdoing on Dr. B's part. They investigate claims of misconduct or medical endangerment type of things, yes, actual bad things, not "I had to wait for my prescription to get called in".
Dr. B's record on the TMB website is squeaky clean. The girl that thinks she has the upper hand will get no where. If she makes unsubstantiated claims, or frivilous claims, and she did, she can be held both criminally AND civilly liable. Yes, Dr. B could sue her for any time & effort that his staff took to answer the complaint. She better hope that he doesn't go after her. It will cost her some $$! |

It just bothers me that Dr. B seems so... shaken by this latest ordeal. Judging by the email, he's bothered by this so much that he is resorting to emailing anyone who has signed up to his website to rally on his behalf.
The fact that the doc is using this unorthodox method makes me think he is not so sure of his legal standing or what the outcome will be, IMHO. If it were me and I knew I was in the right, I'd let my lawyers handle it and go about my business as usual. This approach seems like a desperate last resort. I'm definitely no expert, but this truly sounds like bad news and the beginning of the end. One less good one out there.  |

I do kindof agree about this e-mail, but I also think that it's just to make sure that he is doing a good job for his patients. Some doctors do have little surveys people can fill out after an app. to make sure they are doing everything they can to help their patients.
I haven't been on here for a while, nor have I been using phen the past few months but I think I'm going to start it back up again with Dr. B. He is pretty much the only one I trust right now and have always had a positive experience dealing with him.
Oh and I use to be a member of the phenforum until the admin banned me for having my own opinions on weight loss. He felt that his ways were the only right ways, and everyone else was wrong. They ban talk about getting phen any other way besides real dr visits and such. Not a very supportive place... |

yes, if you were a patient of Dr. Bs you got an e-mail informing you that he had to give up his drug adminsitrative license because of the DEA. It was this or 5 years of prison. So I don't know whats going to happen to his practice seeing as he can't prescribe meds, but I suppose it could be worse.
This is really a shame because he was such a big help to everyone. |

For real? 5 years? That sux! I remember reading recently about some doc in Michigan who was infecting hundreds of his own patients with HIV and TB and other bad things by stickin used needles in them! and I think they only gave that filthy pig 5 years. |

| i know im late. but wow thats just awful.. he was working for soo man people.. i couldnt do his option but it was nice to know there was a good alt then yguy. hopefully someone else will spring up.. and to those people with no patience, find a clinic in your area and get your meds up front. he wasnt a scam at all! |
