#2) My take on the "hysteria" here is more that people are freaking out that they can no longer be Dr. B's patients than that they think they're going to the Big House. Many people had come to rely on him.
#3) Unfortunately, the government *is* worried about a lil ol' sched IV; however, I don't think their worry is for OUR health. I won't go off again, but I still say the government stands to lose a lot financially (all those pharmaceutical lobbyists in DC, greasing palms) if Phentermine is no longer "blacklisted", not to mention how much Big Medicine would lose on all their worthless diet meds and medications for obesity-related diseases.

It's EXTREMELY hard for IOPs to a) get caught and b) much less get prosecuted, main problem being...they are not located within the US, so not under DEA jurisdiction. There would first have to be extradition orders, and those only move forward if the offender's country agrees, which is unlikely.
So, the FDA and DEA concentrate their "effort" on easier marks.

hi everyone, i am a sort of newbie, and I LOVE this forum!! I finally found it after doing an extensive google search because I wanted to find out if certain cookies i had gotten from a bakery were safe to eat, they looked odd to me....anyways i am so happy i found this place. I too received a pm from someone regarding drb and his info to order....but it was bc the person resided in the same state as me and read a couple of my posts saying i was successful....so i gave them the website. a couple days later they said thank you so much they were able to register and order. i feel bad and hope that person was real. sometimes i guess i am a little naive. anyways i voted yes for the new coded speech i think we are better off especially since i found this website by googling certain terms and the terms came up from posts in this site...you KWIM? ok im done rambling.

| Unfortunately, the DEA has no jurisdiction over the foreign pharmacies selling "phentrimine"--all they can do is try block their pills at Customs. (This apparently rarely happens, because I've always received those expensive white capsules from Greece or elsewhere filled with whatever.) But by shutting down legit sources like Dr. B and some U.S.-based online pharmacies, they force desperate people to deal with the fraudulent places. It's strange that there's so much info carried by the media about all the dangers of being overweight, yet they make it SO difficult for people to get the help they need to take weight off and keep it off. In that regard, Dr. B sure had the right philosophy. |

Personally I think they should sell phen over the counter like they do cigarettes. Just make sure the person buying is 18+yrs old and they could add an extra tax on it just like cigarrettes.  Problem solved the government gets their extra buck and we get our phen.  God knows it would be cheaper than what we are paying now and in my opinion cigarettes are thousand times more addictive & unhealthy than phen has ever been!! |

| DomesticDiva - I agree with you 100%. They could put it behind the counter and check your I.D. like they do with certain cold medicines. It's so stupid that all the ingredients needed to make methamphetamine can be found at your local Walmart - a drug that's killing people & ruining lives in droves. But an adult can't purchase a 30 day supply of a mild & safe medication that can ultimately save your life. Everytime you turn on the news, there's a new report on the dangers of being overweight. I just don't get it. |

| Amen Domesticdiva!!!!!!!!Almost all of the over the counter appetite sups I have tried have made my heart race and made me jittery. Phen has never done that to me. It blows my mind how hesitant docs are to prescribe it for someone who wants to lose 15 to 30 lbs but will prescribe all kinds of pain meds for the smallest of issues. I don't get it. OK, I'll quit whining now. |

Oh my, I agree! I keep received a call from someone who says he's from fprx, if anyone remembers that one. I say "take me off your list" and they still call constantly. WHat really creeps me out is that they have my name, address, and who knows what other information. |

This was the best case scenario for me. My only problem was going to Walgreens and standing at the counter at the pharmacy wondering what the person behind the counter was thinking (out of state doctor, etc) but I had the guarantee that I wasn't ripped off. Not only that, but I felt that this was working. Unfortunately I only got a month of supply, now I don't know what I am going to do.
BTW if anyone would like to private me, I wanted to share an experience I had a week prior to that - I ordered from Chen, because I believe that I was able to get like a three month supply and the price sounded not too bad, and the reviews on here sounded worth the risk. However, when DHL showed up, the COD price was at least $80 off from the price that I was quoted in the email (it was cheaper, but still) - I didn't trust this, went with my instinct and refused the package. Has anyone else had this happen? I just want to know where to get this at this point. I'm about two weeks into it, it's working so well, and I was hoping that this Dr B thing would have been something I could count on for at least six months. |
