Oh, Boy...Trim Spa Side Effects? |
|
|
| So I took my first pill of trimspa last night- its now the morning. And I read the directions and warnings and everything. And I felt like my throat was/is a little swollen, and it feels like there's something in my throat when I swallow. It's not difficult or anything. But maybe its just all in my head. I do love how I'm not hungry at ALL, but I'm not sure if I should just stop right away or take one pill this morning and see....I'm torn. Any suggestions or anyone experience this? |

This is no Trim Spa side effect. The pill size is big and this is happening when you take any big pill. Just take the pills with lots of water and you will be fine.
Right now try to drink some watr and you will be fine. Its great how trim spa cuts down oyur appetite |

Well, yes, a swollen throat IS VERY MUCH an allergic reaction. I urge you to STOP the pills, and if you have any more difficulty in your throat to see your doctor ASAP. IF you have ANY more trouble swallowing or ANY difficulty breathing, PLEASE, PLEASE go to the Emergency Room. NEVER take these symptoms lightly. I am a R.N. and I used to work in the ER, and if I were you, I would have gone to the ER by now. Let us know how you are!!
Take care,

Sorry, my nurse side went into action. It is possible, you just "hurt" your throat, but we should not be the ones to determine that. A doctor should!
Until that is determined, I urge you not to continue the pills.
Good luck! |

Thanx Starr,
You are right sometimes an allergy can manifest like this. I remember once when I took to much cold pills that my tong swallowed. I guess that this is the body way of telling us not to stick that thing in your mouth again.
After reading NycBoy post I first thought that he took his pills without lots of water and he have that sensation like something is stuck in his throat. You are right he may be allergic at some of the Trim Spa components and he should see a doctor.
Its great to have a nurse aboard. |

| ok thanks everyone. I am taking tons and tons of water btw. Its not really changing my throat at all. Its just so slight in my throat and did take another pill and nothing changed, not better not worse. I will though, go to a doctor if it gets worse. |

Thanks, Light!...
Yes, there are some interesting ingredients in Trim Spa, as well as other products which is why I always urge taking them SLOW AND WITH CAUTION. My concern with NYCBoy is that his throat still felt the way it did many hours after taking the pills. It does not take much to have your throat close up and then, it's a dangerous situation so better to not take chances! |

Shouldn't you start taking the pills for the first time in the morning, rather than at night? Wouldn't it cause a sleepless night?

| Maybe you are allergic to something in Trimspa. You might consider in switching to different diet pills like Lipovarin, CortSlim, etc. |

Does any one of you have trouble getting up in the morning after taking Trimspa? I took it for the first time yesterday. I took two in the morning and one at noon. I did not take the last one at night in fear I wouldn't fall asleep. Usually I fall asleep pretty quickly, but last night it took me a bit while before I finally fell asleep. This morning my husband woke me up, and I just could NOT wake up at all. I ended up being really late for work so I decided to stay home. I did not even exercise yesterday. I did have a good workout last Sunday.
Speaking of exercise, should I exercise every day or every other day?

Allergic Reactions |

I am allergic to bananas, of all things, and the first symptoms for me are a sore, itchy throat that sort of feels swollen. The more I have to scratch the itch from inside of throat, the more irritated and more swollen it does starts to feel, therefore I no longer eat bananas. If not mistaken the directions on Trim Spa x32 does ask if you are allergic to shell fish on the lable. Maybe that could be the problem here, you never know. Or, it also could be that you didn't drink enough water as you took pills too! ??
As far as I know the only thing I'm allergic to is bananas, I don't know that I've ever eaten shell fish, to be honest. Not that I remember anyway. I started Trim Spa tonight. I have and always have had, a very high tolerance to medicines, etc... so where one person can take one or two pills, I can definitely take two or three, for sure, sometimes more. When I went to dentist recently and was put to sleep, the dentist said to me, "boy, you weren't kidding were you, about having high tolerance to medicines, etc..." I wasn't kidding and he had to give me the full shot literally before I would go under. Ha. So, I took two pills to start off and hopefully I will be able to take the recommended dosage. I sure hope that this stuff works for me, as I have back injury and cannot excercise as I'd like to, everything has to be slow and easy for me, otherwise I pay for it!! Yuk. So, in past couple of years I've basically just sat here and put on some weight and gotten out of shape. I have to do something, the extra weight is hard on me and my lower back, so I really need to lose at least 20 pds., for sure.
Anyway, there is my two cents worth!! Hi all, I am new here. |
