Thanks alot, today is day one. The hard thing about his program is he wants you to go thru a 9 day detox with only fruits and veggies, thats tough.

9 days only with fruits and veggies will be tough. I do not know what to say, it may be too extreme. Fruits and veggies will do you good but I am not sure if you can do it without any problems.

Hi Lee! Welcome to a new you. I know you will make it because you are willing to ask for help. I have struggled with weight loss (or keeping it off) up til now. I found the fad diets did not work for me - I got tired of the food by the second week. Weight loss advice comes at you from every direction and it all gets so confusing.

I have tried so many diets - I have been dieting before you were even born!! But I have found the most remarkable secret around. After wearing this patch for 2 months I am now a total believer!

1)The easiest weight loss system I have ever come across.
2)One that a medical doctor did a double blind study on.
3)Been proven to have no bad side-effects.
4)Decreases your appetite.
5)Helps burn fat while building lean muscle.
6)Curbs your cravings for sugar and junk
7)Gives you energy without the racing feeling
All in one easy to apply patch. I will never go without the patch as long as I live. I am feeling too good and the weight is dropping off. Yes I would lose more weight if I exercised more and that is the next goal -to start an exercise program. But I have always had to put one foot in front of the other. So I have found my "magic patch" Now on to the next goal - to exercise more.

Lee, anytime you need a helping hand - mine's out. Very Happy
