What? Bad medicine?
I love Dr. B even though he is not prescribing meds.
I can only speak for me when I say, it was all about the program and his theory on losing weight and how the medications help as a tool to assist in losing the excess weight. that got my interest.
His website was of great help to me as well.
I think this man has a great deal to offer and it is sad that the those who cannot see that are obviously blind and need more than an M.D. namely the DEA individual and the so called "person" who could not stand what he was doing.
Shyguest, I understand how you could be angry at this person.
But when we call names like "fatso", or "because they are fat".
It only makes you stoop to their level.
I myself have lost my temper in the past too,
Especially with that recent "person" who was condemning Dr. B.
The thing is being fat has nothing to do with intelligence.
I have seen some pretty stupid skinny people.
And what does it have to do with anything? right?

Making pathetic and rude comments, post after post makes someone a fatso! That person does not want to help themselves or anyone else. It seems that they are here only to make duragatory comments in an attempt to make themselves feel. I stand by my comments- take a look at ALL the comments of that person. They need to go elsewhere and not take up board space of the people on this board that want to help eachother. |

If that person is just going to sit on this board and put good hearted members down for asking for help, then, again... FATSO (websters dictionary- offensive term of address for a fat person.) If you look the comments of that person, there is not ONE positive comment. My comment has nothing to do with being overweight.... otherwise, why would I be here?
It is unclear at to why I am the object of irritation. Why not the a-hole that is STILL leaving annoying messages and taking up space on this board? Again, I stand by my comment.... this person is obviously not interested in losing weight or getting healthy. They would rather put down others on the board that are looking for assitance. How is that person NOT a Fatso in YOUR book???? Not sure why Idiot or Cretin would be a better choice of wording- it's all the same.... that person is an a-hole, a cretin, an idiot, a FATSO. Which I think others here on a "weight loss forum" may find offensive to their sensibility and a little hypocritic coming from someone who says they are bothered by name calling then turns around calls someone a fatso on a weight forum, by using a word that is very offensive to people who want to shed a few pounds.

Hey, I agree that "mads" words are irritating and just plain juvenile, but I find it interesting you would not use another word to describe this persons annoying statements?

No worries, just calling 'em like I see 'em. I know it's easy to misread the way someone else types something on these boards. I know I've done it, and it took no time to go from zero to pissy and end up wishing I could take back my reaction that I quickly banged out on my keyboard.
I just don't want this place ending up anything like toxic topix! I love that I finally found a place filled with mostly supportive people with similar weight and food issues.
