Erin--Way to go with losing those pesky 10 pounds! Don't you feel great?
Melly--Congrats on getting down to 135.5 (maybe lower now)! I was at 133.5 this morning. I am flying high to say the least. I will only check in about once a week now myself. Best of luck to you with your new job! |

Hey Sandy and everyone:
Monday's weigh in was still 135.5, so that is the weight I will try to maintain now. I'm proud that I surpassed my goal of 140! Who knows, maybe in the spring I may join a challenge to try for my 130, but for now, now that I'm back to work, I really have no time to be working out like the nut that I was. I plan on continuing my workouts from 6x's a weeto 4x's and for only 30-40 minutes instead of 45-60. Of course, all the while eating healthy and drinking my water!! I'm so happy for you Sandy!! I cannot believe you are at 133.5!! YAYYYY! You are SO DAMN CLOSE girl!! Congrats and get to 130 for me will ya? I will still check in from time to time to see how everyone is doing. I will not be gone for good. I just cannot be here so much now that I"m back to work. I want to thank everyone that was posted on my Melly page and helping to inspire me as well as I did you. Have a nice Wednesday everyone!!

Hi Melly!
I hope your job is going great. Way to go keeping the weight off for Monday!
I was 132.5 this morning, so just 2.5 more pounds to go. I am ecstatic beyond belief that I'm so close to 130, as I'm sure you are.
I wanted to tell you, too, that I won't be coming to this forum any more because it is getting in the way of my studies (so easy to let and hour or two slip by while on these forums, you know?).
I want to wish you the best of luck in your job and for reaching your goal weight, which I know you'll do sooner than you think. Have no doubt that I will reach it, too, and keep it off this time. I am so proud of you.
Thank you for sharing your success with us and being a friend to me. I shall think of you often and I'll miss our weekly chats.
God bless my friend!
Sandy |

new to the lipovarin:) |
|
|
| Hey guys! I must say I have found this website very helpful! I just recieved my Lipovarin along with the Ultracarb and Chitosene, I am very much looking forward to the results. Knowing that these are not miracle pills on their own I am willing to walk/jog 3 miles a day ( about an hour for me... 4 years ago I could jog a 5k in a half hour! ) watch my portion sizes and drink plenty of h2o. You see I have done this before, minus the pills and lost 100 a little over 4 years ago. The past 2 years have been crazy, my 22 year old little sis had leukemia so I put myself on the back burner to take care of her. So needless to say I have put on 90lbs in a very short time. I will be 30 next month and since I missed out on losing the weight for my big 3-0 I decided that I will start now and at least be thin by next summer. I have a beautiful 6yr. old girl and I am so longing for the happiness that health and energy once gave me. So far these pills (started yesterday) have been good to me with apetite suppresion and energy, but I am very optimistic. I refuse to believe that the $ I spent will go to waste. I am taking 3 pills an hour before I eat, and 2 each of the chitosene and carb blocker 15 min before meals. I am 225lbs (URGH!!!) as of now and refuse to weigh myself for another 2-3 weeks. That will give me some time to really shed some lbs, at least 7-10 I hope. By the way, I am 5' 5". June 2006 is my goal:) Looking very much to chatting with all of you and your wisdom:) |

Lipovarin |
|
|
| I just started taking Lipovarin about 1 week ago and so far it's made me extremely nasseated and tired. I ordered 4 bottles thinking this was IT! I would take the recommended dosage each day, work out, and not give up or expect too much too soon. But I have been SICK! Bloated, queasy and so tired and dizzy I can't work out when I get home. I haven't seen any difference in my appetite (no less hungry than usual) and I have gained almost 5 pounds in a week! I know it affects everyone differently, but am I not giving it a chance or is it maybe just not for me!? It seems that 1 week isn't even long enough to let my system adjust, but I don't know how much longer I can stand the stomachaches and nassea. I have been at the same weight for years (I don't gain or lose more than a pound or two, so gaining this much this fast is really freaking me out!) It seems to be working for everyone else? I need advice. If I was losing weight and not feeling well, at least I'd have that to go on, but this is miserable. I normally weigh between 168 and 171 and I'm almost 177 today! |

| You should read the very first message in this column. (page 1 ) it just mentions how she was nauseatted. Try not to give up. If you're tired and feeling sick, try eatting. HAve you changed your habits, adding fresh fruit and veggies. Also your body needs some sort of Fat to work from, burning it creates your energy. Try eatting a slice of cheese, not processed, a plain baked potato with cottage cheese, yogurt etc... These pills will only work if you feed them. You will find that maybe your appetite isn't suppressed at first but you will feel fuller faster. Also, i cannot stress the fact that you absolutly need the h2o intake, more than the 8 glasses a day. This stuff can be very dehydrating, which is also where the headaches derive from. I hope I helped you out some. If you have any other ???? feel free to ask:) Don't give up and stay motivated:) This site is awesome:) Have you checked out the before and after pics, these women are a true testimony:)Good luck to you!!! |

| Hey Light! I was wondering what your results are from the Lipovarin. How long have you been on it etc... Trying to find this info, I'm probably just blind:) Thanks for the well wishes:) Although last night I was very bad, went out with a few friends, had some cocktails and a few pizza logs...YUCH! My belly is definatly not happy this a.m! I woke up though and continued taking my pills, see normally I would just say screw it and start againg on Monday, but I am stopping the insanity:)(remeber Susan Powters..I think thats what her name was) hehe. Anywho, I am even going to go to the gym today. I can honestly say that I feel like I can go all day without eating with the junk I consumed last night, I can feel that fat blocker workin, gonna go right through me...sorry for that avid detail. I'm sure you could have lived without that picture being painted:) I am psyched about this stuff:) |

Hello KoriLynn:
I'm sorry to hear about your sister and I know how things like that in life become priority and we tend to let our weight to creep up. But now you are ready to get back on track and that is GREAT!! You sound like you are off to a great start with your diet, exercise and water intake; that is all it takes and you will start losing in no time! Please give these pills time to work. I was on them for a few months and got off, but it was just enough to jump start me on losing. You have the attitude it takes to lose and I am confident that you will!! Your goal is very realistic and I know you can achieve that if you stay disciplined with your diet. Best of luck to you and I hope you lose some weight in no time!!! I started at 180 and I'm 5'3. I am now at 134. One thing I will say is to only take the pills for a few months, because like anything else, your body WILL get use to them and stall, this is where you must excel in your workout and take control yourself. Again, best of luck to you!!
