trim spa side effects |
| I started taking trim spa yest.... and this morning my throat feels "sore" like a cold. After reading prev posts, think maybe this is the "swelling". However, I got the impression the swelling the side effects referred to was because the pill gets stuck in ur throat.... maybe im wrong. I, though, also have a rash... a "butterfly rash" on my face. Anyone have that from trim spa? Im concerned about atht more cause I have been tested for lupus and i know that it is clear sign of lupus. Antyone hear about a rash from trim spa? |

Hi,
You should really go see a doctor about your problems. Are you allergic to caffeine? Do you usually drink coffee?
Take care. |

It happened to me, as soon as I stopped taking it, it went away. I feel like i threw away alot of $$ on this stuff.I only took it one week |

I felt dizzy |
| Hey, there! Few months ago when I tried to take Trim spa, I woke up feeling nausea and dizzy. A few hours later I threw up and the sensation kept till evening. After the second time I started to feel stomach pain, like cramps and I quit. I think a took the right decision! Take care! |

It’s clearly not for everybody! |
| I’m sorry for you, guys, but I was on trim spa for one year, too. And I worked just great for me. I had an 8 week break then started all over again. The first time I lost 20 lbs, and now another 10 already. The only adverse reaction was jitter when pills were wearing off, but nothing really disturbing. It’s clearly not for everybody! |

Trim Spa side Effects |
| I`m bummed too. I tried trim spa for two weeks and my hair started falling out and I looked like I was 5 months pregnant. My face, arms, and legs swelled and it took over a week to get it out of my system. I`m really thinking I would like my money back |

side effects from Trim Spa |
| I took Trim Spa a while back, lost 10 lbs with diet and exercise in 4 weeks. Gained it all back when I stopped dieting, pills etc. Now, that I found this website, I too remember having a terrible sore throat. Trim Spa side effect? I'm not sure..but I sure had a sore throat for a long time. ALSO, I started having terrible knee pain (kinda like arthritsis pains) in both knees. I did think maybe the pills had something in them that was causing it. But again, I can't say for sure. I now am experiencing numbness and tingling in my extremities, especially my left foot/leg. Trim Spa related...who knows. Now that I am reading all your posts...I am thinking YES...it probably was the Trim Spa! I don't think I will take it anymore. Although, it did help to decrease my food cravings, making dieting more bearable. |

Anyone experiencing anger issues while taking these pills? |
I just started taking Trimspa this week. Although, I haven't experienced any soar throat problems, b/c I made sure I drank at least 8 fluid ounces every time I take these pills! But I noticed that I began experiencing some extreme anger issues since I started taking them!! - Usually it takes me a while to get angery. Lately every little thing made me soooo worked up!
Anyone experiencing this? |

There are many supplements on the market now that I think are better than Trimspa. The ingredients in Trimspa are decent, but the amount of each ingredient is claimed to be way off what it should be to be as effective as other, better products.
I personally wouldn't use it. I'm only using an appetite suppressent right now, but I will be using a thermogenic real soon that is supposed to be really innovative, and I'll post results in a month or so.
I'll definitely post them on my blog, but I will try to remember to come back here and post it as well.

lot of possible side effects with this product |

I think a healthy diet is a better option because then you know you are becoming more healthy and you will not have any bad side effects.
I also think exercise is better for the same reason. |
