Hey Jessy, is there a way to either repost the pics larger or send them directly to me? I would like to do the comparison test. The pic is way too small for me to even make it out.
As far as going to the bathroom, on some days I actually go and then on other days I don't go. When I do go it is watery, but it's more not than often that I actually go. I wonder if it's the change in diet also. I drink plenty of water through out the day though.
Just not sure what to expect. I've lost about 13 lbs, but I know it's due to my diet change and I'm exercising like crazy. I basically just eat fruit and veggies and small amount of carbs, so not sure if it's really the pills or just one or a combination. It seems that I'm kind of at a stand still. It's been about 6 weeks, and I'm at a plateau already? |

Big dinner not good a good idea unless you plan to eat dinner around 5-6pm and not go to bed or watch tv after that. I rather have more food in the morning, 50% in the afternoon and very light food for dinner. Since after you work all day, take care of the kids, clean the house a little bit, then eat dinner then most of the time I will go to sleep or lay down & watch TV. How I gained 30lbs in a couple of month is by eating big dinner then sleep or laze around on the bed. Just a suggestion. And I bought my pills of Ebay easytobefit. |

Be patient but persistant. Don't loose hope, loosing 13lbs in 6 weeks in is excellent, not loosing any pound doesn't mean that you are not burning fat. You might've gain muscles since you have been exercising like crazy. Make sure to keep your metabolism up by eating right and exercising. Not going to the bathroom or constipation can also be cause by not having enough food in your stomach to push it out. Here's a bigger picture hope you can see it:

their not fake |

| I compared pictures and the colors and everything you could possibly imagine and they are real... Another reason I can tell you their real is because they give me all the symptoms of a diet pill.... |

I got my pills from 911 health shop and they have passed the real/fake test that all the forums are consumed with I am impressed everyone is loosing weight. I have been on mine for 10 days and I can see the weight loss in the stomach. I have never taken anything that controlled my appetite as much as this does. I do have a mild head ache in the evening, but that is probably due to not eating as much. I haven't had bathroom problems, I guess everyone reacts differently to the ingredients. |

Okay checked the bottle and everything seems good to go. Thing that through me off was all grammar and spelling errors.
In any case, I do have a quick question for everyone. How much time before breakfast do you consume the pills? It says to just take it before breakfast but to me that isn't specific enough? Just wanted to get everyone's input on that.
Thanks,
J |

This pill is not like other pills that I've taken before. I took other diet pills without eating and I will feel sick like throwing up, but this pill does not do that, they are very healthy for you. I've even taken it without food sometimes just because I wasn't hungry and well pretty busy.
It is a type of mushroom. Asian people have been using this for more than 4000 years for all types of health benefits. The mushroom is called ling zhi or reishi, they even called it the mushroom of immortality. Because of its presumed health benefits and apparent absence of side-effects, it has attained a reputation in the East as the ultimate herbal substance. So except for dry mouth I have no other side effect.
Here's some of the benefits:
Lingzhi may possess some anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and immunotherapeutic activities, supported by some studies on polysaccharides, terpenes, and other bioactive compounds isolated from fruiting bodies and mycelia of this fungus . However, the efficacy of these compounds in the treatment of cancer has not yet been shown in clinical trials. Moreover, as with any herb, variation between preparations and potential negative side effects cannot be ruled out. It is understood as adaptogenic, anti-allergenic and anti-hypertensive due to the presence of triterpenes. Apart from these properties, lingzhi has been found to be anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, antidiabetic, anti-hypotensive, and protective of the liver. It has also been found to inhibit platelet aggregation, and to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
Because of these properties, lingzhi has been regarded as blood pressure stabilizer, antioxidant, analgesic, a kidney and nerve tonic. It has been used in bronchitis prevention and in cardiovascular treatment, and in the treatment of high triglycerides, high blood pressure, hepatitis, allergies, chemotherapy support, HIV support, and even for fatigue and altitude sickness.
Some peer-reviewed studies indicate that ganoderic acid has some protective effects against liver injury by viruses and other toxic agents in mice, suggesting a potential benefit of this compound in the treatment of liver diseases in humans.
Although the experiences in fighting cancer are more inconsistent, the extract has been claimed to be effective in regressing tumors. The results depend on the type of cancer and the severity of the condition. It is usually recommended that it be used in combination with other prescribed medical treatments and as part of a fu zheng formula with a variety of supporting herbs. The Ganoderma extract has been employed to help substantially reduce or eliminate the side-effects of radio- and chemotherapies if it is taken before, during and after the treatments. It has been found clinically to reduce side-effects like hair loss, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, sore throat, loss of appetite and insomnia. |

2-day diet |
|
|
I'm a more mature woman, 50ish, and have struggled with my weight for several years now. I went to a dinner this past month where I met a woman who is taking the 2-day diet pill and loves them. She has lost 40 pounds in three months. She bought them in a Chinese market. She called them miracle pills.
I struggle with high blood pressure and am on medication for it. I just read one of the newest entries that gave me hope as it stated it is used to treat high blood pressure.
I ordered them on-line, through Generation Herbs. I started them today and will let you know how I'm doing next week. Wish me luck! |
