I guess i just ordered some of the K-28's and Maria said they are stronger than the 37.5

I used to take those and they worked a lot better for me than the 37.5 I took from Dr.B

This is not my first post but I could not remember my log in info...I am going to try to find an old post of mine and see if that rings any bells for my password!

I'm a 6 month lurker and former Dr. B patient, finally coming out of the closet. I just ordered from Y guy last week and took the first capsule on Friday. The jury is still out on these....

My K-28's are 30 mg capsules and in my opinion they are NOT stronger than Dr. B's 37.5. Initially I thought I was scammed because I was tired and sleepy a few hours after taking the first capsule. I then began to experience a terrible headache. Eventually I could feel something slightly kicking in.

Fast forward four days later: I definitely believe these are real cookies and will order from Y in the future; however, I'll try the 37.5 next time. My energy level has increased but not as much as before and I still get hungry at times during the day. With Dr. B's 37.5 --actually the ones from a grocery store pharmacy--I may forget to eat until the end of the day.

I don't weigh myself often and follow my weight loss/gain by the way my clothes fit or don't - lately its been the latter. Right now my jeans are still as skin tight as they were 4 days ago- ugh- but the bloated feeling I had while on a forced cookie hiatus after Dr. B closed is now gone.

By the way, my experience ordering from Y guy was very smooth. No complaints here. Very Happy

I just posted this on another thread & then scrolled down & realized there was an actual k28 thread. Sorry for the repeat, but here is my thought on the k28:

Hi everyone - I wanted to give you all an update. I received the blue 30 mg. caps with the K28 imprint from Y yesterday. Took one this morning & didn't notice any difference - I'm still hungry & my stomach is growling right now!

OK....here's a little background info - I'm a long term phen user (off & on for years), & have recently been off the 37.5 mg tabs for about 2 weeks, & was taking half for about 2 weeks before that. I thought that changing it up may make a difference since it had for so many others on this site. Right now I'm so bummed & feel like I may have wasted $288. I'll give them a few more days & then report back to you all.

I'm going to try & be optimistic though - Maybe they just need a few days to build up in my system? Maybe I need to take 2? I don't know.....If anyone else is experiencing this, or has any suggestions please let me know. Also, does anyone take more than 1 a day?

I do not think they are very strong. I don't get that "energy" from these. I get really hungry in the evenings as well.

Ok, maybe I am just seeing the obvious here, but how is "Maria" claiming that 30 mg of cookie dough would be stronger than 37.5 mg strength of cookie dough? I know that everyone reacts differently depending on the type of cookie, but damn, it just sounds asinine. Mg's are mg's unless they tamper with that!

I received 30mg K28 on monday for yguy. I have in the past taken 37.5 these 30's kicked in about 1 hour after taking enery and loss of appetite. Must be different for everyone. Maybe you should change up every so often. I haven't been on it for about a year.

I also am an off-on long time user and resorted to splitting the 37.5's when Dr. B left. I had more energy from the half than these K28's. Fell asleep at 12:45 today in the afternoon and awoke at 3:45 which is totally unlike me - especially after having one in the AM. I plan to ask if its ok to eat two cookies in one day.
